每次想起蠔也會想起這間灣仔的食店,可以說這裏蠔的種類選擇必定使人驚訝。頭盤當然要選擇蠔,店員說今日有11款蠔,這數量真使人嚇一跳,從中選了3款。日本Tomo生蠔,肉質很爽而且厚身,帶點甜味,鹹味適中。南非Rollex生蠔,勞力士這個名改得好好,肉質較薄身及creamy很嫩滑,味道帶少少鹹味,我喜歡這味道。西班牙Rock XL生蠔,尺寸很大,肉質嫩滑可口,而且夠厚身使人很有滿足感,味道鹹淡適中,最重要是有很有餘韻的鮮味。鮮吞拿魚,牛油果及脆焗芝士沙律,沙律裏面所選的牛油果熟度剛剛好嫩滑可口,還有不同的蕃茄使酸味跟吞拿魚融合一起味道鮮味,最精彩的是這個芝士脆脆香脆,而且味道濃郁。黑毛豬火腿釀蘑菇,黑毛豬火腿很有鹹香味,蘑菇吸收了肉汁使味道更鮮美。蠔湯,這個是必要試的,蠔的鮮味完全濃縮在這個湯裏面,湯的濃稠度做到恰到好處沒有黏喉嚨的感覺十分順滑,如可加2滴威士忌就更好了。紅酒燴澳洲和牛尾意大利飯,飯煮得軟硬適中,加了蔬菜來製作提升了甜味,因很多意大利飯也是偏硬的,和牛尾的肉味很濃完全沒有黐牙。香蕉拖肥批,cream很軟滑味道不會太甜,香蕉用了比較淺的反而凸顯了焦糖的香甜味。味道: 推介一試環

看餐廳名字就知道有生蠔吃,本人喜歡吃生蠔,今晚特意來吃。一進去餐廳,環境昏暗,每桌上都放有一個小蠟燭,十分浪漫🌹,很適合情侶來共進晚餐。生蠔/ (3款)第一款yellow stone有甜味,層次簡單,輕微金屬味。第二款tomo入口海水味為主但是後勁較強,咸味之後甜味很濃,還有淡淡海水味餘韻,口感爽脆。第三款lambert法國蠔海水味最重,味道複雜。鮮吞拿魚,牛油果及焗脆芝士沙律/沙律外層以為是普通原味脆片,原來是脆炸芝士,咸咸香香的,配搭清新沙律很好。黑松露野菌忌廉湯/香草麵包跟橄欖油黑醋十分配搭。黑松露離菌湯味道比較清,將湯上面黑松露醬攪勻,黑松露味立即突出。秘魯式柚子醋漬西班牙八爪魚片/八爪魚燒烤味香,很鮮味,肉質軟淋完全不會難咬 香煎智利雪花海鱸魚/伴金桔醬,青豆醬,酸忌廉,羅勒油;魚肉不散口,魚油超級豐富,調味適中,外皮煎得很香脆。伴碟的小蕃茄甜到像糖,而且爆汁。拖肥香蕉批/入口前以為會甜到封喉的傳統口味,但是非常驚喜不會過份的甜味,第一次吃拖肥香蕉批可以很清新,一點都不會膩。👍
