今日下午約了好姊妹去食lunch,好耐都冇食越南菜了😄我哋去了旺角洗衣街的“越滿” The PHO食個越式Lunch😆😆我最喜歡西貢牙車快,即係雞肉椰菜沙律,酸酸地而且雞肉又嫩滑,個沙律好light同醒胃😃😃河內魚餅,好有我家鄉嘅feel,魚餅內有馬蹄,好香口不油膩☺☺,🐮牛肉串燒就一般啦~🦐蝦米卷都算可以,清淡了一點,不喜歡濃味的朋友,清清地食佢都幾健康。🦀🍅蕃茄蟹肉檬粉米線,份量十足, 蟹肉是軟殼蟹肉很脆口,湯味帶點蕃茄嘅酸味,米線比較幼身,總算不過不失。飲品呢我叫了薄荷青檸梳打,我就嫌薄荷唔駛多,唔夠薄荷味,哈哈。環境同裝修都好簡約,牆壁上仲有一幅大壁畫,座位闊落令每位食客都坐的很舒適。價錢方面是大衆化不是太貴,而且仲有2人及4人套餐,都算幾抵食。

環境同裝修都好簡約,牆壁上仲有一幅大壁畫,座位闊落令每位食客都坐的很舒適。

價錢方面是大衆化不是太貴,而且仲有2人及4人套餐,都算幾抵食。

上班日中午有同事提議來試試這家越南菜一行人來到這裡, 環境不錯,比一般越南菜舒適有午餐menu, 但所謂午餐並沒有配上飲品/配餐, 跟單點差別不大海防蕃茄蟹肉蝦湯檬粉對於食面一定要連湯食既我來說,湯底不錯, 吃得出的蝦膏味。略嫌多油。愛蝦湯的人可以一試蟹肉算多。本身有點擔心只有零碎蟹肉會好寡,意外地有附上札肉,配上藩茄木耳肉碎,尚算豐富。MENU有特意標明正宗檬粉, 的確是比一般檬粉滑溜順口。餐廳好貼心, 落單紙可以自行勾選香料, 本來要為客制化加分但各人依喜好勾選, 多茜多芽多洋蔥甚麼配搭都有最後來的面幾乎都是全走,問waitress才補上自行兩盆自行處理如果無視內容,何必每人用紙落單紙呢?

對於食面一定要連湯食既我來說,
湯底不錯, 吃得出的蝦膏味。略嫌多油。
愛蝦湯的人可以一試
蟹肉算多。
本身有點擔心只有零碎蟹肉會好寡,

一號風球懸掛,時不時橫風橫雨,逛街時甚是狼狽。唯有找個地方避風雨兼吃飯。轉入洗衣街,就找到了這個 “避風塘” 。它是一間越南餐廳,不算大,牆身的繪畫活潑生動,充滿越南情懷。二人套餐 $288都幾多嘢食,價錢OK,仲包兩杯飲品。飲品點了一杯凍青檸水和一杯過鹹檸梳打。凍青檸水好清新。飲鹹檸梳打要小心一點,不要過份篤粒鹹檸,否則會令到杯嘢好鹹,好彩我醒目,一路篤一路試下味,啱味就收手。好快啲食物就上來。【越式炒飯】炒飯金黃色,好吸引。雖然配料只是雞蛋、肉粒、粟米粒、蔥粒、彩椒粒、提子乾,但炒得的味道又幾好食喎,可能加了越南著名特產魚露吧,所以特別香。【香茅豬扒】大大件香茅豬扒斬開,方便食,豬扒都好入味。【炒芥蘭苗】夠鑊氣。【鮮蝦米紙卷】層皮晶瑩剔透,包住蝦肉、青瓜、米粉等材料,蘸上魚露就好好食喇。【咖哩軟殼蟹】最遲上來。店員要點火加熱。加熱後,咖哩香味飄出來,口水都流埋。軟殼蟹浸滿咗咖哩汁,好香且脆口。埋單三百餘,咁多嘢食,抵啦!
