路過呢度又會諗起有越南特色食肆,唔知好耐冇食過好自然入去回味一下呢種味道至於嘢食方面真係有好多選擇有招牌湯河、撈檬同飯呢D不同缺小嘅美食,再加上地道小食包你食得滿足,我地都點咗幾款食物一齊品嚐,先來有小食牛油雞冀,表面煎得金黃香脆,內裏肉質滑嫩啖啖肉到另一款係蒜蓉包,當然已聞到蒜香味道,最緊要塊包夠鬆脆咁食先至有口感,簡單得來又好味再來有越式炸春卷,入口食到卜卜脆,記得點埋甜酸汁食就最再配飲杯凍越式滴漏咖啡,唔覺唔覺又食咗幾款美味小食都係時候食主菜,先有菠蘿豬頸肉炒飯,首先食番件豬頸肉,入口香嫩爽彈又帶點脂肪,而且肉味濃郁食落特別惹味,再食番啖菠蘿炒飯簡直完美食法再來有推介越滿生熟牛肉河,放低已聞到陣牛肉香味一片片牛肉呈現鮮紅色就知道有幾嫩滑,梗係要趁熱食啦唔係太熟就晒咗,生牛肉入口當然香滑啖啖肉,而牛𦟌肉質亦相當軟滑口感一流再飲番啖鮮甜牛肉湯連埋粉食已經滿足品嚐一餐特色美食。

旺角越式餐廳唔少,呢間算係幾多好評,所以過黎試下。裝潢都幾靚,同行嘅小朋友都好鍾意,而且仲會有越南音樂聽因為係平日午市時間黎到,最抵梗係食set lunch啦,其實同餐牌價錢差唔多,但會多左餐飲同小食。蒜香牛柳粒飯豬頸肉炒飯以上兩個飯都係一般,牛柳粒份量幾多,但唔算嫩滑。豬頸肉幾香唔韌,但炒飯就有D乾。蝦餅撈檬食越菜最鍾意就係撈檬,係一個相當安全嘅選擇,呢度嘅蝦餅炸得好脆又有蝦嘅香味,好好食~生牛肉河粉越南河粉真係冇得彈,地道嘅湯底,送上枱后無幾耐牛肉先浸熟,所以仲好滑好好食。我地食完仲要encore兩個先夠本,最后5個人嗌左7個餐同場加映:滴漏咖啡午市真係好抵食,附近返工嘅人可以黎試下。

今晚屋企無飯食, 同另一位同事食晚餐再回家, 同事介紹我食呢間越滿~餐廳唔算大, 好快就坐滿~要了份二人餐再加碟香茅豬扒, 可以食多幾款菜~首先上的炒芥蘭苗細細碟, 有炸蒜, 食落都幾香蒜味飲料都要了咸檸梳打, 好像比較健康半個咸檸都夠味~跟餐有兩碗湯河, 我們都點了生牛肉, 有幾大片, 滾熟的牛肉都是嫩的, 有牛肉味~ 其實一大碗食完都幾飽~跟餐包三款小食, 我們點了雞翼, 牛展及春卷雞翼很大隻!!外皮跟平時的不同, 炸得特別脆!!牛展厚厚一大片的, 正!如果可以有牛展汁就更好!還有單點的豬扒原來有一大碟, 已經幫我們切開一塊塊, 方便進食~唔食唔知二人餐份量比想像中多~ 其實不用再點豬扒都一定夠食~ 滿足!

湯底濃郁,湯底好鮮甜好開胃,好好飲,最後我也飲了很多,不是味精湯,真的是跟在越南旅行時食的湯河差不多。
河粉很滑,係越南當地一般用的幼身河粉,絕不是採用平時食開的港式河粉。
至於牛肉,【日本和牛湯河】用上日本和牛,當然跟一般小店的牛肉不一樣。和牛在口中有一陣陣牛的奶香味,牛肉又軟又很嫩滑,牛肉份量也很多,很不錯!
