味道有點像台式手搖飲的白玉苦瓜
匙羹上的手工蜜糖波波是現場即製的 非常新鮮ᵕ̈
苦瓜的味道比較突出
但搭配蜜糖後 口感變得甘甜
既不會太苦也不會過於甜膩
記得邊喝邊吃波波 這樣味道更豐富


➳ The Newborn
這杯酒精濃度屬於中等
酒精味不強 入口輕盈
整體口感creamy 但又帶有清新的感覺
基底是西柚 再加上奶油和芙蓉花hibiscus
讓口味稍帶酸感 像是喝酸奶一樣
杯面上放有蛋白餅和點綴著的gel^ྀི


➳ The Mademoiselle
別被這杯的甜味迷惑 ༘⋆
它的酒精濃度是四杯中最高的
裡面有威士忌、白酒和紅酒
杯上的泡沫是用仙人掌和落神花手工製作的
別忘了先吃泡沫再喝酒🫧
這樣才能完整地體驗它的層次感
整杯的香氣十分fruity
仙人掌的味道更是讓整體口感升華
十分有特色 .ᐟ .ᐟ

呢杯係我嘅最愛💓
當中有Gin, Lychee, Kaffir Lime 同Soda
呢款好有氣泡
仲飲到Ginger 味添!

有Tequila, Lime, Passion fruit 同Jasmine tea
推薦俾鍾意飲茶底cocktail的朋友!
入面兩種清爽嘅生果再加上茉莉花茶真係好match~

第一次飲 真係 嘩左出黎

因為本身鍾意飲咖啡 又鍾意食Tiramisu
咖啡本身有酸度但係最欣賞係佢打氣令到個咖啡再有微微碳酸,飲落去有少少氣泡 (唔多,唔會好似飲氣水咁勁, just perfect) 好岩夏天飲,同埋碳酸果種微酸好mild又可以夾返面層既Tiramisu foam
真係好欣賞呢杯Tiramisu Cocktail

見佢d咖啡類咁正就試多杯Espresso Martini
雖然佢唔複雜但係唔係到到都沖到好飲既Balance, 一係咖啡味唔夠出,一係太甜,一係唔夠凍
但呢杯好balanced 有足夠咖啡味同夠凍 個foam又靚, 完全係my type


重有好欣賞佢地調酒果時好專心好focus 係杯野飲到
唔係不停咁吹吹吹吹
直至杯野完成佢先一一介紹落左d咩野
中間有時會適當地講解佢地既步驟
之後就好專心咁調酒
其實坐喺吧頭望住Bartender個bar setup,落野既手勢,一d好微細既動作,已經可以睇到好多對杯野飲既執著和態度
唔洗一定要peach足2分鐘先叫Entertainment既

野好飲 氣氛又好 重要係中環Soho區
正阿👍👍

不過講真個門口有少少難搵 (唔記得影tim)
好容易就咁路過左睇唔到

大概係bakehouse 行前多少少 Al dente對面
要搵既朋友記得留意返係藍色牆同埋logo有杯cocktail

另一杯係白蜜瓜為主味嘅酒,佢哋話女仔多數都鍾意,因為佢聞落好強白蜜瓜香,又好甜,加埋上面粒冰凍提子,好容易入口🥰
