又到左食大閘蟹嘅季節,今次比我搵到呢間有得食大閘蟹菜式嘅餐廳,睇落幾吸引,一於試一試。呢個set非常豐富,有多款有創意又吸引嘅菜式,而且價錢都算合理。蟹肉南瓜湯南瓜湯非常濃郁,裏面仲有絲絲蟹肉,令人食得好滿足。意大利炸飯團配蟹粉沙沙呢個望落好似沙律嘅菜式,內裏充滿驚喜。除咗沙律菜之外,裏面竟然有炸飯團,我都係第一次食,出奇地夾同好味。配上蟹粉沙沙,多一份蟹粉獨有嘅香味。蟹王三重奏pizza呢個Pizza淨係賣相已經好有氣勢,好大隻軟殼蟹切成兩半放喺中間。Pizza上枱時仲係熱辣辣,半溶嘅芝士非常滋味,上面仲有啲藜麥,口感好特別。M5澳洲和牛西冷朋友話淨係食蟹滿足唔到佢,好想食返啲肉,見到呢個牛扒就二話不說一定要點。牛扒夠份量,下面仲有啲薯蓉同茄子,真係要有返咁上下食量先食得晒。雲呢拿泡芙泡芙裏面嘅cream好冰凍好好味呀!

最近聽同事推介九龍灣MegaBox 11樓;前身也是一間Pizza專門店,現在改為煥然一新的The Point Pizza 餐廳;且推出時令大閘蟹盛宴。既然有一段時間都冇去過,約咗好姊妹一齊去試吓順道shopping 。地方寬敞;設有outside 座位,可一邊品嘗美食之餘也可俯瞰溜冰場上的活動;另有inside 的舒適雅座。大閘蟹盛宴包括我至欣賞的南瓜湯,夠鮮和夠熱,浠稠適中和分量十足😋👍。金黃色的意大利炸飯團配蟹粉沙沙,餡料是蟹肉茸和飯茸;炸得外脆內軟。蟹黃三重奏pizza保留一貫風味之餘更自創風格;用明火和採用岩石版烘熟,餅底口感有點似烤餅,上面配料豐富,當然少不了有蟹肉、蟹粉和軟殼蟹。還有主菜香煎三文魚也不錯👍。用朱古力醬來點綴泡芙甜度適中,是這大閘蟹盛宴的完美終結!

向來對The point 都有信心保證,今次見佢有時令套餐,仲要係我至愛大閘蟹盛宴,都好奇pizza ,意粉點同大閘蟹扯上關係呢,所以特登訂枱試下。套餐$598 兩人份量又唔會貴喎,先來餐湯,係一碗又大又足料的蟹肉南瓜湯,多到我覺得有半隻蟹的蟹肉,超足料,仲有面層的蟹黃同蟹油,蟹黃味濃郁,頭盤喺意大利炸飯團配蟹粉沙沙,大量沙律菜,配三個外脆內軟的炸飯團,飯團內同樣有蟹粉,好香。到主菜,是蟹王三重奏Pizza,一大隻炸軟殼蟹,估唔到裡面都咁多肉,Pizza上也有蟹肉和蟹粉,材料還有superfood藜麥、火箭菜和沙律菜,中和炸蟹的膩口感,感覺又健康左的Pizza 。另一個主菜係香煎三文魚配蟹粉沙沙鮮蘆筍汁,三文魚超大條,好少見到咁長咁厚肉,魚皮炸得金黃,香脆,魚肉熟度剛好,沾上蟹粉沙沙的鮮蘆筍汁,更香,最後甜品係雲呢拿泡芙,中間係雲呢拿雪糕再加朱古力醬,和新鮮士多啤梨片,好fresh。

距離上次來The Point 已經一年多了,今年又和妹妹再回味一下它的pizza。明太子軟殼蟹披薩軟殼蟹鬆脆,餅底煙韌,整塊薄餅都佈滿醬汁明太子,芝士很香很可口,配料還有蝦仁,紫菜碎,口感更豐富 ,味道雙重提升, 值得推薦。香煎虎蝦牛油果意大利香草醬意粉兩大隻虎蝦,蝦肉爽脆香口又彈牙,也不難吃出牛油果的味道,creamy質感的牛油果令意粉更香滑美味,意粉熟度適中, 半熟但不生,非常有口感。黑松露芝士蛋黃醬薯條面頭舖滿香濃芝士,加上黑松露濃郁的味道,薯條又炸得香脆金黃,整盆非常滋味又邪惡。我們點了一杯Iced Oreo Chocolate和 Strawberry Ice Cream Float,對我來説味道都不錯,Chocolate不會過甜,oreo味濃。 最後當然加多份甜品才夠滋味,朱古力布朗尼必定是首選,即叫即做,大概15分鐘後,香濃美味的布朗尼呈現眼前,朱古力味醇香濃郁,口感紥實,滿足感爆滿。
