這道前菜我真係要大力推薦,一試愛上,這道菜以松葉蟹肉和青芒莎莎蝦片為主要食材。松葉蟹肉鮮嫩多汁,搭配青芒莎莎蝦片的酸辣鮮美口感,又係令我覺得有驚喜的感覺。


三色汁配燒厚切豬鞍扒
見到大大塊的厚切豬鞍扒為主角,配搭埋啲薯條及沙律菜,見到都特別吸引。豬鞍扒經過燒烤處理,保持了肉質的嫩滑和汁水的鮮美,好多時啲豬鞍都會煮得好硬,肉質麻麻。但呢道菜就完全無呢個問題,我仲不自覺自己食左大部份添。薯條就有啲黑松露粉係面,炸得剛剛好,所以又係食唔停口。

呢道又係去食泰國野必點系列,食過好多芒果糯米飯,大部份都會比較甜,但呢款甜品又真係所有野都剛剛好,椰汁夠香、芒果夠甜。


泰式簿餅配雪糕
呢款又係好魔鬼的甜品,雖然個樣子係好普通,但搭配埋雪糕,真係非常之咁好味道,簿餅煎得好好,好香脆,但又唔會太過硬,即使我地兩個已經好飽,但最尾都係忍唔住搶住食晒佢。


飲品我地就點左珍多冰及菠蘿蘇打,正常發揮,兩杯都係相當好飲。


值得一提侍應服務態度好好,令人感覺舒服,呢間餐廳有時間會再去幫襯,值得回頭。

昨天午飯時間,餐廳門口一個人都冇,咁我照攞飛,啲侍應個個好似好忙咁,無侍應在門口安排客人入座。過了一陣都無人安排,於是乎我行入去問,一位要等嗎?他們說一位要等等。。。餐廳入面有6-7張枱都無人座。門口接待處服務真係要好好改善。吃了個「素菜炒河粉」,多油係預咗,重點係蔬菜🥬不新鮮,有陣怪味。麻麻地。有待改善。

兩次都係幫襯早餐,作為一個打工仔,茶記早餐配一個可以chill 到放假feel嘅環境對香港人黎講都幾欣慰~哈,音樂定裝置設計,起碼可以放鬆吓,好加分🥰第一次叫係雞扒牛角包,呢個幾推介,雞扒煮法跟得上老麥個板燒雞髀包,大細、味道、質感都有誠意,冇諗過個包都熱同脆,價格略貴,但值得👍🏻第二次就試五香肉丁公仔麵🍜呢個就不如食返下面間金鳳,呢間麵太醂,五香肉丁份量足,但茶記中本人認為金鳳五香肉丁配料最出色。菜單方面,早餐好多選擇👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻唔似一般茶記,少得黎揀唔落手。樓面方面,第二次去樓面人手有改善,第一次去舉左兩三次手舉一陣都未有人,第二次見樓面有多1-2人,兩次都坐同一個位同差唔多時段。衛生方面,待應都有戴口罩👍🏻應覺到對衛生重視,但唯獨一坐底,兩次檯都有上一手客的麵包碎,呢方面就⋯收餐具唔抹檯😬?而檯布亦勁臭,可能待應載左口罩嗅唔到,抹完檯布,張檯臭左5分鐘左右陣味先散,可想而知塊布都唔衛生得去邊,改善呢方面就perfect🤩但總體而言,仲會想再去👍🏻

今次同朋友去一又抵食又靚,又可以打卡輕鬆下既泰國餐廳食好野,呢間餐廳充滿住亞熱帶風情!四周圍都充滿住唔同品種既綠色植物裝飾品,比到我同朋友一種好放鬆既感覺!再加上呢度好有特色既美食同特飲!今次我再叫左個好香既煎蛋炒香辣肉碎飯!雞蛋好滑溜!蛋黃整穿再淋上去白飯,寧括滋味!再配上香香辣辣既炒肉碎,令到我更加覺得充滿香味!食上癮,加上酸酸辣辣好開胃!之後再叫左個泰式海南雞飯,海南雞好滑嫩、泰式醬汁好香、之後海南雞肉雞皮都好入味!飯味亦香濃!一啖海南雞一啖飯真係夠哂過癮!之後再叫左二杯飲品一杯係泰式標奶茶,味道香甜!奶味都明顯!之後再叫左杯梳打,用紫色加黃色配合嘅藝術感除咗美觀亦非常少女心!
