下午茶燒鵝 (HKD 47) 另外再加了個 燻蹄 (+HKD 6)
燒鵝肉味很濃,吃落滿有油香但不羶。微脆的皮再加上保留了的肉汁,不會乾柴。
薄切的燻蹄外皮爽口,配上酸醋味薯柔和的蒜茸醋一起吃清甜爽脆。

 標準的黯然銷魂飯是以叉燒再加上太陽蛋再淋上醬汁的一碗飯。
這裡有兩隻蛋味濃郁的太陽蛋,也可以選要煎蛋或是反蛋,另外我這碗叫了少飯。
叉燒亦能夠選擇要肥點定瘦點,最後揀了半肥瘦。
採用梅肉燒成的叉燒加上少少的燶邊,入口鬆軟且多汁。
