銅鑼灣飲茶我很喜歡港式飲茶,特別是跟家人食飯的時候,都喜歡選擇飲茶。這裏的點心一直都很有水準,這次我們點了:原隻鮑魚燒賣: 鮑魚煮得軟腍,燒賣很大一顆,餡料主要是豬肉,加上冬菇,味道很好。晶瑩蝦餃皇:蝦餃的片薄,裏面的蝦新鮮彈牙。胡椒濃雞湯灌湯餃:雞湯很濃稠、鮮甜。灌湯餃主要有豬肉和冬菇。非常真材實料。南翔小籠包:小籠包很大,皮很薄,裏面的餡料和湯汁也很多。黑金流沙包:流沙包放久了一點,裏面的流沙也沒有凝固,還是暖暖的。蛋黃流沙甜而不膩,是港式飲茶不能缺少的點心。這裏裝修得很富麗堂皇,staff 也很有禮貌。

我間中都會來這間酒樓,實在價錢都尚算合理,今次由經理介紹醉雞$58,推薦的都很新鮮,雞份量也不少,雞味濃亦很滑,想不到質素都不錯,另外紅燒乳鴿係我致愛,剛剛出來的實在脆皮肉質鮮嫩,最重要係非常Juice,充滿肉汁,味道也相當非常好,相信因為他在做滷水的過程中不是太鹹,所以做出來味道恰到好處,另外都會點蝦餃王,皮薄餡靚,蝦餃王都大隻,內裏的蝦彈牙,加點辣椒油真係非常之好,還有春卷,春卷大條新鮮,鮮蝦滿佈,所以我一直覺得價錢同食物是成正比的

這地方很寬敞裝修華麗。是適合婚宴擺酒的地方。樓底非常高。今日來到時,特意試這個招牌白胡椒煎焗澳洲龍蝦$498這個招牌菜式上枱非常之特別,賣相非常吸引。他的味道很濃好香。黑白胡椒味重,但胡椒味又不失龍蝦的鮮甜味。 晚市孖寶 $268南乳吊燒雞半隻啫啫馬友蝦乾芥蘭這個孖寶非常抵食只不過是二百幾蚊首先這個南乳雞雞皮脆口雞肉嫩滑。馬友蝦乾芥蘭,芥蘭爽口。食落芥蘭甜。菜味濃郁。用這個馬友蝦乾更加突出了菜的鮮甜美度。 海蜇燻蹄$68這個分題層次分明比較爽口, 而海蜇也是厚身那一隻。白肉海皇冬瓜盅$68這個是我最欣賞的冬瓜盅,冬瓜肉已起,所以湯底熬製得非常之清甜。裏面有不同的材料有蓮子,金華火腿,草菇…..最後都是忍不住叫了原籠庶糖馬拉糕 $58現在已經很少茶樓有這個原籠上的馬拉糕。到上枱見到籠裏已出現熱辣辣。打開時這個馬拉糕是非常之軟熟,甜度剛好。

常到利舞台吃飯,卻是最近才留意到這間茶樓… 我們坐在側邊的座位,樓底比較低… 中間的位置樓底會比較高。洗杯碗很特別,拿了個很大的煲給你洗,最適合有潔癖的人。午市點心比較貴,叫了8籠,每樣都是$40。最出色的是馬拉糕,圓圓的一大個,賣相討好,味道香甜,口感實在,不會一夾就散。黑金流沙包也不錯,麵團發得很好,不會過甜,流沙也恰到好處。比較中庸的:蒸排骨,排骨過肥,味精掩蓋凍肉的不新鮮。咸肉粽:不見咸肉只見肥膏,米粒鬆散,包得很敷衍。牛肉球:太實。雪山叉燒包:叉燒餡太咸。比較差的:叉燒腸,只有兩條,卻剪開6小塊玩視覺效果,叉燒餡也是細細碎碎的,孤寒!其實腸粉的成本很低呀…. 小籠包,忘了影相,造型別有用心,每顆都放小藤籃上,及墊了一塊紅蘿蔔,可惜放得不好,皮也厚,一夾起就破皮, 餡鞋汁少。下午茶來吃會抵啲…
