大年初一同媽咪2個人去飲茶, 利舞臺有好多酒樓就算一間冇位同可以去第二間。見呢間都幾多人去就試下,估唔到一早去到都好爆下,好多一家大細團拜。好彩我地只係2個又咁啱有張細枱,唔洗等就入得坐低好快剔好點心,叫左8樣,等一陣都好快上,見到全部侍應其實都好忙,因為真係好多客人。當佢上左一籠燒賣時,我話我地冇叫到喎。因為媽咪唔食燒賣嘅,我亦唔會自己隊一籠咁傻。之後其中一個侍應就叫上菜嗰位拎返去櫃枱嗰邊。以為就咁完,食到中段侍應再拎返蘢燒賣嚟同埋張點心紙,話我有剔到。都懷疑左幾秒,諗住可能真係剔錯啦就話咁放低啦。然後媽咪都諗左陣話肯定我係冇剔燒賣,同時間其他點心已經上齊除左粉果,而粉果喺點心紙到係排喺燒賣下面。我地就諗可能落單佢睇錯落左燒賣,我地冇追粉果,就係想等埋單時對單係咪真係冇入到粉果。而個推測係真,張單冇粉果但有燒賣,嗰刻就覺得佢唔老實!客人點粉果你入錯單,我話冇落但事後你唔想拎返入廚房,就喺我張點心紙剔左燒賣再拎嚟比我睇,等我都以為落錯,叫左嘅冇嚟,冇叫嘅就嚟左仲話你有剔野食雖然唔差,但呢種咁嘅手法就令到我覺得唔係咁舒服,2個人飲左$500, 雖然知係新年,但其實都貴再加上咁樣唔老實法🤦

另外其實都仲有個插曲,我哋嗌咗個香片同埋滾水,然後上到嚟,個香片茶壺裏便其實都係清水,佢完全係冇放到茶包,我哋同返其他職員講,佢哋淨係搵個碟仔裝住俾返茶包我哋叫我哋自己放返落去。

成件事完全唔知啲職員想點,我理解喺節日要返工可能大家心情都未必好?但係我有俾錢我係客,唔應該受到啲咁嘅對待。又唔係話平,又唔係話好好食,又唔係服務態度好,做飲食最重要都係呢三樣嘢姐,但係呢三樣嘢都冇嘅話,咁就真係差囉。

今晚和老爺提前做冬,去了銅鑼灣一間酒樓食晚飯。酒樓樓底很高,有條很吸睛的長樓梯,宴會打卡一流。白胡椒蟹🦀️通常食薑蔥炒蟹,但白胡椒蟹有種令人回味無窮的感覺。香噴噴的白胡椒香氣,令橙黃色的蟹更添滋味。大大隻的蟹鉗,啖啖肉,鮮味十足。養生木桶雞🐔一般都是食蔥油雞或者豉油雞,養生雞是第一次在酒樓食。雞肉吸收了紅棗、杞子、蟲草花等熬的精華,十分香滑嫩口。燉湯🥣燉湯用了雪梨🍐、無花果、花膠、雞腳等材料,料足湯靚,很滋潤,很清甜。炒涼瓜 🥬涼瓜用了肉鬆和蝦乾去炒,配上豆豉醬,涼瓜更入味,爽而不膩,苦而甘香,十分惹味。

好耐冇食過中菜,所以隨便揀一間食,見呢間都幾靚,就入去試吓啦。朋友叫咗個黑蒜湯,味道濃郁,雖然黑色,但絕對唔係苦茶,鍾意飲湯嘅,可以叫返一碗試。另外叫咗個鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉,鮮菠蘿好甜,點埋啲咕嚕肉汁,食落好開胃,而咕嚕肉更加出色,咬落去又脆又林,鍾意食咕嚕肉嘅,一定要點呢一個餸,再加碗白飯,絕配!仲叫咗藥膳木桶雞,呢個雞就有啲鞋口,唔夠,但藥材味足夠,唔算整得太好,可能因為咕嚕肉太出色了!我哋仲一人叫咗一個蟹粉小籠包,記得食嘅時候放個碗喺下面,因為絕對會爆曬啲汁出嚟,所以最後都係將佢拆解左放落個碗食。蟹油好多,好香,食過返尋味。

蟹季又來了,周圍都宣傳緊食蟹, 尤其是食大閘蟹季節,不過我較喜歡食肉蟹,鍾意大大隻啖啖肉。今日放工約咗同事就來利舞臺這間“星海薈·譽宴” 拆番隻白胡椒肉蟹,見佢做緊promotion $598一隻非常抵食。平日放工時間這間星海薈都差不多坐滿人晚飯。二話不說先order了一隻白胡椒肉蟹, 這隻肉蟹鐵板上熱辣辣, 大大隻蟹身好夠肉,蟹鉗好巨大啖啖肉,好新鮮又肥美, 白胡椒不會太多刚好令蟹鮮味提升又惹味, 這隻蟹大家都拆得好滿足。還有好多燉湯小菜做推介,這個無花果雪梨燉花膠湯只是$68位,好足料味道清甜,飲完非常滋潤,這個燉湯好合適現在的天氣飲用。還有$38大大隻的蟹粉小籠包都非常抵食,內餡充滿蟹粉湯汁好juicy。中式晚餐最喜歡就是菠蘿咕嚕肉, 這裏的咕嚕肉做得不錯, 咕嚕肉掛滿酸甜汁,能做到外脆內軟有肉汁。金銀蛋扒豆苗,這個金銀蛋比例剛好 配埋上湯一起就浸豆苗好入味。

很久沒有和家人去酒樓食晚飯,今晚選擇了位於銅鑼灣利舞臺廣場的酒樓。酒樓一進門很吸睛,環境亦很舒服。招牌白胡椒蟹有約一斤半重,大大隻蟹蓋和蟹鉗,新鮮又啖啖肉,有白胡椒的少少辣的香味,洋蔥吸收了蟹的精華,很甜。蔥油雞做特價,很抵食。大量的香蔥增加了雞的香味,而雞皮金黃色,有種鹹香,雞肉嫩滑。牛雜以前多數在大排檔或粉面鋪食到,想不到酒樓亦有,五香牛雜很香口,配有很稔的白蘿蔔。竹笙豆腐煲夠嫩滑健康,而雪梨花膠湯夠滋潤。又度過了很開心的一個晚上。
