蒸點中,一定有蝦餃同燒賣。要保留到每人至少有一件,兩者都叫了兩籠。蝦餃,當籠子一打開時,見到蝦餃的皮,已經說給我聽,這是一份有水準的蝦餃。因為單是個餃皮,已經做到晶瑩剔透,同埋,見到裡面是蝦膠,蝦肉粒同荀絲 (應該也有肥豬肉),餡料正宗,也是令人開心的。
