整體來說,食物的質素非常高,食物的份量非常多,食物的用料非常新鮮,食物的賣相非常吸引,食物的定價相對合理,而店員亦有良好的服務態度和積極,所以我認為這間酒樓是值得再去惠顧

今日同屋企人嚟到沙田石門嘅星海.星海薈飲茶,餐廳環境開揚乾淨,裝飾華麗,加上水晶燈同燈光效果,喺適合婚宴場地。而且食物點心精緻,仲有玻璃幕牆,透光度十足,坐得好舒服呢~✨蜜汁黑豚肉上湯米粉蜜汁黑豚肉屬於半肥瘦,中間夾著肥肉加上外層瘦肉,配上蜜汁燒烤,肉味香濃,唔會有肥膩感,而湯米粉同樣爽滑。✨蟹籽燒賣王燒賣都好好食,蝦仁爽口彈牙加埋冬菇同豬肉,味道一流。✨南翔小籠包小籠包皮薄餡靚,入面仲充滿湯汁,食嘅時候要小心呀!✨黑糖蜂巢糕黑糖糕食落有濃濃嘅黑糖味,又香又彈牙,忍唔住食咗兩件~✨鮮蝦腐皮卷鮮蝦腐皮卷口感鮮美,除咗有金黃酥脆嘅腐皮之外,內餡飽滿,啖啖都食到蝦肉呀~✨招牌胡椒濃雞湯灌湯餃平時好少食到胡椒雞湯既灌湯餃,胡椒味嘅湯有少少辣辣地,但味道唔會太濃,而黃色的餃子皮裏面餡汁十足!✨米網脆皮蝦腸米網脆皮酥脆,鮮蝦的餡料鮮甜爽口。
