每逢過了下午一點就會想同同事去飲茶,這間星海一向出名點心精緻,當然在酒店內的酒樓性價比非常高的。到了下午兩點入座點心收費更加實惠。這天下午入座時已經見到有公司擺了兩圍冬至飯局,酒樓佈置美觀,食物精緻美味,真是個朋友和同事聚腳嘆茶的好地方!晶瑩鮮蝦餃:鮮蝦大隻,爽口彈牙。熱辣辣的蝦餃上枱時,店員細心地提醒小心熱!果然,皮薄晶瑩剔透蝦餃內新鮮蝦汁甚多,差點灼損嘴巴!蟹籽燒賣王:燒賣大大粒,豬肉極為鮮味,而且肉質軟身有咬口。鮮蝦和香菇配搭一流,最重要是即叫即蒸,絕對是招牌點心之一。招牌胡椒雞湯灌湯餃:每次到這裏飲茶都會叫這個招牌菜。因為胡椒雞湯味道濃郁,雞湯淡淡香甜熱辣辣的雞湯浸着灌湯餃。灌湯餃皮薄餡多,有鮮蝦、香菇、香筍等等,旁邊還有一舊鮮雞肉點綴,一啖雞湯一啖餃子餡,暢快!百花釀魚肚:百花即是蝦膠,蝦膠爽口彈牙,而且非常厚身多蝦肉,真材實料。魚肚厚身承托蝦膠,而且充分地吸收蝦膠的鮮甜味,最重要的是一咬魚肚就有濃濃的鮮甜湯汁浸滿,非常出色!

招牌胡椒雞湯灌湯餃:每次到這裏飲茶都會叫這個招牌菜。因為胡椒雞湯味道濃郁,雞湯淡淡香甜熱辣辣的雞湯浸着灌湯餃。灌湯餃皮薄餡多,有鮮蝦、香菇、香筍等等,旁邊還有一舊鮮雞肉點綴,一啖雞湯一啖餃子餡,暢快!


百花釀魚肚:百花即是蝦膠,蝦膠爽口彈牙,而且非常厚身多蝦肉,真材實料。魚肚厚身承托蝦膠,而且充分地吸收蝦膠的鮮甜味,最重要的是一咬魚肚就有濃濃的鮮甜湯汁浸滿,非常出色!

正頭痛今年公司春茗地點, 今晚家人到位於沙田萬怡酒店一樓的星海薈食飯, 馬上叮一聲: 正是我要找的地方! 中餐館鄰近沙田市中心, 馬鐵, 巴士, 小巴多樣化交通可達, 又有酒店停車場, 自駕都無問題 。位於酒店內, 裝潢當然絶不失禮, 大堂呈長形估計可擺20圍枱,  中央設有不太高但非常寬闊的舞台, 非常適合做春茗聚餐甚或婚禮。餐館有多款套餐選擇, 但我們還是散叫, 四餸一湯, 食個飽飽!   川貝海底椰鱷魚肉燉花膠湯, 清甜美味, 食材超多, 滋補潤肺, 好適合秋天乾燥日子食用。紅燒皇子乳鴿皮脆肉嫩, 附膠手套及濕紙巾方便大家大快朶頤。家常海參豆腐煲, 落重成本好多海參, 先煎香過的豆腐軟彈, 咬開內裡依然白白滑滑。瑤柱扒豆苗, 翠綠的豆苗表示食材新鮮, 配上啖啖瑤柱碎的獻汁, 健康美味之選。最後當然少不得星海薈的招牌白胡椒蟹, 大大隻蟹鉗好吸睛, 但我最愛的是蟹腳, 蟹肉一梳梳, 胡椒味重, 值得推介。
