第一次食山瑞,香港唔多餐廳有得食,佢塊皮厚身而且充滿膠質,食落有黏黏的口感,肉質鮮嫩配上紅燒汁更加惹味。

見office 附近有新餐廳,就lunch time走去試下。餐廳背靠住維港景,餐廳內部十分寬躺。由於只得三個人,就散order咗啲點心。食物擺盆都十分有心機,當中我地最鐘意係個炒腸粉。腸粉滑身,而且火喉好好,炒到炒香,而且好脆口,超鐘意!

An interesting Chinese restaurant, it is said that the chef came from Fook Lam Mun. There are some fancy dim sum selections in various shapes and presentation. Atmosphere is bright and contemporary with well light windows from ceiling to the floor. There are private rooms available over looking the Victoria and each room has its own bathroom. The location, ambiance and view overall is well laid out but service have space for improvement.

整體來說味道很偏向濃味。有些點心可以按件點,所以如果你有個4 人,你可以添加 1 件,這樣每個人都有自己的一份。
The taste in general is very savoury. Some dim sum can be ordered by pieces so if you have more than 4 people, you can add 1 piece so each person has their share.

其中一道菜有點奇特,那就是和牛牛肉冰淇淋。它是冷凍的但有嚼勁。味道不太像冰淇淋。
The one dish that’s a bit peculiar is the Wagyu Beef ice-cream. It is frozen but chewy. Does not taste very much like ice-cream.
