今日同男朋友到官塘海濱長廊拍拖,晚飯時間打算到附近食個普通茶記,但男友見到有素食話要試下(莫非背住我做得太多虧心事?),於是就試下呢間尚素喇環境同燈光都好舒適,服務亦都好週到,整體感覺十份好!眼見套餐菜色已經十分豐富,所以不作太多考慮,直接點了一個二人套餐!春夏拼盤拼盤內有素魷魚條、淮山、雲耳及涼瓜,清香可口,夏日淡淡作頭盤小食十分開胃三色串燒串燒好特別,配上左小小柚子醬汁,令整體既口感變得清新好味咕嚕素肉素肉表皮香脆,內裡柔軟,配上酸甜度恰到好處的汁,好快就俾男朋友食光光麻婆豆腐濃郁既醬汁配上少少花椒有種微量麻麻地既感覺,豆腐好滑好香豆味,男朋友不停大讚好味!黃耳冬瓜羹冬瓜份量十分充足,令整個湯羹十分清甜,配上黃耳令到口感更帶點清爽!

以前對食素菜沒什麼興趣,因為總覺得很差不多,不過尚素令我改觀,佢有別一般齋舖,感覺非常特別,而且味道真的很似肉,值得一讚👍🏻今次同女友人二個選了二人套餐$388, 首先不得不提柚子醬三色串燒,原來柚子醬配串燒是絕配,味道清新,好味!古法乳香蒸蚌片,口感真的很似蚌片,很爽!至於菠蘿咕嚕肉,真的幾好亂真😊豆鼓白木耳炆涼瓜和餃子就一般,無特別翡翠羹和糖水也相當不錯,值得再去😊

這個星期日依然是素食日,不過,開餐的地點卻有點不同,這次就來到觀塘的尚素吃飯。 尚素的地點算是非常就腳,離地鐵站約5分鐘路程。而餐廳的佔地非常大,即使沒有訂位,都不用擔心。 中午時份,餐廳推出了自助餐餐牌,不過,我們最後還是選擇單點。 黑糖薑茶及凍豆漿豆漿味道沒有什麼特別,不過,黑糖薑茶的味道不錯,味道甜甜的,入口有濃濃薑味,喝後喉嚨有點辣辣的感覺。 麻辣素海蜇素海蜇的口感煙韌,辣度輕微,不麻辣香味濃郁。 豉椒百頁豆腐炒麵 說實,份量偏少,基本上是一人份量,不過,炒麵口感香脆,加上內裏放了不同的材料,如: 木耳、青椒、紅椒等爽口配料,口感豐富。 黃耳大棗山藥羹湯羹的味道不錯,濃稀適中,味道不會過鹹,而且內裏放了大量黃耳,口感超級爽脆,讚。 粟米薏米粥粥底煮得非常綿密,配上香甜粟米,爽口的淮山粒粒,以及煙韌的薏米,推介。 台式三杯猴頭菇猴頭菇切細後,加上漿粉炸香,再以台式三杯煮法烹調,所以非常惹味,不過,味道有點鹹。

現代人近年愈來愈注重飲食健康,有唔少人都開始多咗食素,而趁新年無耐,我都去咗食素,就係去咗呢間尚素雖然新年已經過咗一段時間,但店內仍然好有新年氣氛,再加上本身已有嘅中式擺設,成間餐廳嘅中國風更加濃厚 唔去過都唔知,原來宜家素食都會搞放題形式有一張點餐紙,基本上你食得落都可以任食,仲可以去自取飲品,一樣任飲就算係食素都唔怕食唔飽而且素食款式仲琳瑯滿目,口味亦有好多種,實有啱食嘅素菜同時欣賞佢每款素菜都係細細碟,俾客人可以有空間試多幾道菜,一飽口福菜式眾多款款都幾好食實在不能盡錄,不如睇相啦~ 現今素食已經好多采多姿,味道亦都唔錯,一啲都唔會遜色,再者比較健康,難怪愈來愈多人食素

有一張點餐紙,基本上你食得落都可以任食,
仲可以去自取飲品,一樣任飲
就算係食素都唔怕食唔飽
而且素食款式仲琳瑯滿目,口味亦有好多種,
實有啱食嘅素菜
同時欣賞佢每款素菜都係細細碟,
俾客人可以有空間試多幾道菜,一飽口福

三舅父因為跌親隻腳所以去觀塘醫院。探完佢媽媽好hungry, 雖然係素食,但款式琳琅滿目,仲有唔少仿肉食嘅素菜,賣相幾可亂真,食落口感亦唔錯,當然調味係功不可沒嘅一環,現今嘅素食精美而好食,素食者可謂大有口福舅父佢哋話覺得仍可以,可惜裏邊有 少少嘈.餐廳裝修ok,由牆上嘅陶瓷字畫點綴,到天花垂落嘅燈籠吊燈,都富有濃厚中國色彩,新年後開市,當然唔少得揮春炮仗等等嘅飾物,到達餐廳時,已經有唔少人光顧,現場有大圓枱又有卡位,無論三五知己,抑或一家老少,都適合光顧家人過得開心。

又到我的green day,本星期選擇了位於觀塘中海日升的尚素,餐廳幾大,空間闊落,裝潢優雅簡潔,有點中式摩登感覺。每桌枱上都有一壺加了青瓜片和薄荷葉的水。餐牌選擇不少,由經典素菜到飯麵都有。我當然沒有錯過我最愛的腐皮卷,香煎竹笙榆耳腐皮卷($118)一碟有六件,份量不少,這裡的腐皮很薄很鬆脆,而且不油膩,有驚喜,內裡的菇菌很香,口感豐富,而且調味得宜,推介!據餐牌介紹這裡用的竹笙是野笙採集的呢。荷香燴八寶($138),荷葉裡有各式蔬菜,如芋頭、冬菇、雲耳等等,很豐富,而且不鹹,即使撈勻了醬汁,食完也不口渴。豉椒雲耳百葉豆腐炒脆麵($88)也不錯,麵條脆脆的,百葉豆腐軟淋入味,雲耳爽口,只是豉椒味不突出。今日點的三款菜的醬汁味道相近,下次會點更好的配搭,看到隔離枱的欖菜四季豆很吸引!!總結我覺得這裡的食物雖然唔算平,但質素唔錯,很自然,而且環境服務都幾好,有下次。
