Jelly fish - good portion size for the price

Sweet and sour pork - served hot and crispy. I like the tanginess of the sauce, it goes well with the fried pork.

Sea urchin fried rice - what’s important about good fried rices is that the rice don’t stick and clump. You can see the rice is dry and separate nicely. Also there’s quite a lot of sea urchin as well.

Braised beef ribs - the meat is tender and it kinda just melt in your mouth. Wish the portion was bigger though.

在灣仔黎講,午市套餐可能未必最平,但我覺得係一間幾好食/好有香港地味道的餐廳👍🏻着先,今次我地試左食蒸魚,價錢大約係$98。口感好好,同埋叫蒸魚。魚肉嘅肉質唔會好鞋,反而仲帶出魚的鮮甜約蔥同蒸魚豉油一齊撈飯食,實在太好味呢另外,今次仲叫左波士頓龍蝦芝士焗伊麵雖然價錢比其他食物貴少少,$158 但絕對係物超所值首先,龍蝦好大隻,伊麵份量亦足夠雖然好heavy,但係整個賣相都好吸引同入哂味整體黎講,可以一試再試最後,原本套餐都有老火湯贈送。但沒有影相,但味道來說,相信都係自家煲,不是味精湯

今日同4個朋友去左原汁原味度食咗餐,同上一次食既水準都差唔多,但今次個燉湯有藥材,呢個我就唔太鍾意!因為我覺得有啲苦😅😅但原來佢哋個燉湯會成日轉!但炸so炸生蠔就好好食喇😋唔知係咪佢哋係用日本刺身蠔做呢,所以冇腥味!片皮雞一樣咁正,係條叉燒要等耐小小,因為佢哋係即刻燒!個南乳脆鱔都好好食,因為佢係冇骨既😂😂重有幾樣掛住食唔記得左影!但總括黎講都係好食,最正係真係冇味精👍🏻👍🏻下次去要試吓個酸菜魚,我見人哋食好似好好食,同好大煲😎

今天晚上,我經過一間名叫原汁原味的食店。我見有一兩個人等緊外賣,上網查吓個食評都不錯,就試吓呢間。入到去下單,看見環境其實是非常一般,但我還是膽粗粗下了單。我點了一個魚香茄子煲飯套餐,有餸有飯有湯。大概十分鐘就有,我取時都覺得有點不對勁,。回到家後打開,樣子沒有異樣。我先吃一口茄子,發覺這餸一點也不香,味道淡而無味,非常差勁!我還要到㕑房取鹽來調味。湯也不是新鮮的,我喝了幾口就停了。而飯是有點硬,絕不柔軟。總括而言,他們的食物名過其實,請不要幫襯!

之前知道呢間有啲名氣特登來試下,可能因為疫情,星期日1點半去到唔洗等位,2人叫咗:1. 排骨陳村粉(午餐set)夠滑多汁,份量都ok,價錢唔平都80-90蚊,不過喺香港午餐可以食陳村粉嘅餐廳真係好少,呢個係加分位!2. 柚子雞半隻 (招牌菜)雖然係招牌菜但性價比就唔高。味道本身唔差,雞皮脆,入味,可惜個人覺得落得太多柚子,甜過頭,如果你平時飲嘢鍾意走甜少甜嘅話未必鍾意。而且雞肉係切薄片/雞絲,份量本身唔多之餘,揭開個底大部份其實係柚子撈沙律,實際食落並冇半隻雞肉嘅份量,收呢個價位且標明招牌菜個人認為略嫌失色。3.  菜心普通菜心冇特別Overall唔差嘅,希望下次有機會再試下啲中式小炒!
