前排同朋友去左尖沙咀嘅Theo Mistral by Theo Randall食聖誕大餐可惜嗰排有少少忙, 到而家先寫到review真係有啲唔好意思Theo Mistral by Theo Randall嘅聖誕大餐係semi buffet除咗主食係另外嗌外, 前菜、小食、湯品同甜品都係以buffet方式serve嘅<Garupa Ostriches E Champagne>肉食方面, 因為好少見到西餐有石斑魚, 於是就嗌左一份, 睇吓歐洲係點樣處理石斑嘅雖然個賣相好似幾唔錯, 但係石斑再溝埋蠔仔真係有啲腥, 作為一個香港人真係唔識欣賞<Filetto Alla Rossini>另外嗰份肉食, 嗌咗比較普通嘅牛柳, 本身應該係最軟嫩嘅部分, 5分熟應該啱啱好, 但出到嚟剪得好乾爭爭擺盤係唔錯, 但味道差啲<Taglierini Caicos Pepe E Tartufo Bianco>反而主食類相當唔錯加入左芝士同白松露片嘅意粉好香好滑好好食<Risotto Di Mare E Gambero Rosso>海鮮意大利飯會重味

因為本身食量不多,平時很少選擇自助餐。難得生日,又喜歡意大利菜,加上網上評價很正面,所以跟姊姊一起試食。這是午市半自助餐形式,頭盤可選buffet table或湯,配以自選主菜,至於甜品亦在buffet table中選自己喜歡的甜品。Buffet table上有多達10款菜式以供選擇,有不同種類的cold cuts, Palma ham很香、很有趣是通常蜜瓜都會是一塊一塊,但這間是一大片(就像是原個切片),配上 Palma ham,特別易入口。另外,還有紅菜頭沙律、燒茄子、蛋餅、薯仔沙律、南瓜沙律等等。菜沙律那邊還有幾款芝士和乾果。本人對頭盤的菜式很滿意。主菜方面,我們選了一個波菜魚和蘆筍意大利飯。兩個主菜都值得推介,魚很彈口,配菜(波菜、紫蘿蔔及紅蘿蔔)很甜,美味!意大利飯同樣讚好!飯粒軟硬適中,蘆筍很新鮮,配上肉腸豬肉,芝士不會太濃,恰到好處。意大利很出名的傳統甜品是甜卷中有cream的 Cannoli, 很好奇口感會是什麼,原來跟中式蛋散很像,士多啤梨撻不會過甜,很好!還有金箔 ,我覺得檸檬撻有點甜,tiramisu是當中最好味的,咖啡酒味不會太濃;整體上甜品是吸引的,味道也不錯

Love the interior! With a table for dessert selection close to the entrance and another big table for antipasto, it is still very spacious. For antipasto, it’s special to have thin slices of ox tongue and lardo! Quiche with a lot of eggs but not many other stuffings.I ordered black cod for main with black trumpet mushroom on top to enhance the flavour.

自家製Taglierini麵條,用上36個月的parmesan芝士以及 Roman pecorino cheese,加入少許黑胡椒,用辛香來平衡口感,吃之前再刨上 Alba white truffle,每條麵條都掛上芝士,濃郁的味道令人一試難忘,更何況有白松露的加持,又係無得輸。

Antipasti的完美表現,已經有令人有驚豔的感覺,再來的主菜又如何呢?

羊架外層撲上芥末、香草及麵包屑再烤,置底是黑松露薯蓉,伴碟是bb韭蔥、西蘭花苗及迷你甘筍。

很欣賞羊架上檯時,碟子是保持溫度,羊架烤至半熟,肉質呈亮麗的嫣紅色,嫩滑而有嚼口,非常誘人,再刨上白松露片,熱力把氣味逼出,即時香氣四溢,技術性地擊倒我的味蕾。

壓軸同樣精彩的甜品,呈半凝結狀的開心果慕絲,置底是榛子餅乾,四周伴以雲呢拿醬汁,再灑上朱古力片,簡單亮麗,凍食下刨上白松露片,又是另一種滋味。

學朋友話齋,明明諗住係一餐好普通既午飯,點知變成了 Fine Dining,這個中午真美好!
