“天天海南雞飯”除咗有啲二人套餐食,仲有好多嘢食,亦都有泰國菜,唔會係我之前以為嘅淨係得新加坡菜㗎,還有啲新意嘅fusion菜。食嘢之前先嚟一個"木瓜花膠燉湯"潤一潤先,木瓜够甜, 花膠够補,可滋陰補腎,消除疲勞。好似真真哋喎。“食神魚籽菠蘿海鮮炒雞油飯” 賣相吸引唔同平時見嘅嗰啲。海鮮有魚肉有蝦肉,還有菠蘿粒粒,最緊要仲有啲菠蘿乾喺碟邊,本以為係裝飾品,但侍應話係食得落肚㗎,於是試一試果然好好味喎。見到menu度呢味餸好吸引,咁就點咗"蝦頭膏鮑魚金湯炆豆腐"來配返個飯,鮑魚係切片嘅,豆腐係薄切,都唔錯喎。再來多兩個甜品,呢一餐就好美满啦,佢哋就係“新加坡原味豆腐花加美禄”和“斑蘭汁燕窩椰汁奶凍”。

朋友帶左我去銅鑼灣一間結合四間新加坡經典品牌的米芝蓮街坊食店,「天天海南雞飯」、「老街坊」、「超好面」及「五十年代」,可以食到多款傳統各具特色菜式外, 佢哋亦研製及改良多款廣東小菜, 又好食,又可以打咭。天天海南雞必試招牌菜,海南雞肉質肥美嫩滑, 燒雞皮脆骨軟,可隨喜好沾上秘製辣椒醬、黑醬油及蒜醬。鮮大蝦冬陰功湯 上菜時,喺客人面前將新鮮大蝦放入冬陰功湯內煮,大蝦非常新鮮,啖啖肉,冬陰功湯,酸酸辣辣,好開胃。古法肉骨茶湯底奶白色,加入當歸、甘草、八角等藥材, 有藥材味,有胡椒微微辣,排骨肉質軟腍,仲有豬肚、豆卜、枝竹等配菜,自己加入酸菜、指天椒和新加坡黑醬油。芒果三色糯米椰漿甜飯賣相精緻,糯米飯好軟腍,有白色原味、酒紅色火龍果肉汁和淺綠色班蘭汁,再配合新鮮芒果,香濃椰漿及椰子脆脆,好味道。另外仲食左黑松露墨魚蝦多士、迷迭香火焰黑金叉燒、「老街坊」牛筋牛腩煲、南海青咖喱、新加坡辣椒炒肉蟹配鹹煎餅 、食神魚子海鮮炒雞油飯,有特色給美味,最後仲有新加坡原味豆腐花, 非常香滑,飲品係50 年代南洋咖啡, 好順滑。
