平時都有去開fashion walk分店服務都唔錯,圓方呢間一入去明明仲有位,但安排我地兩位搭台,原先四位食客都明顯不高興🙄🙄我見有個2人卡位(其他同類型台都有2人客坐緊),就要求換位,佢竟然態度好差咁答話呢度係4人台,以佢呢個價位配上呢個服務態度,我就決定都係幫襯番港式茶餐廳算🙂‍↔️🤘🏻

有朋自遠方來,帶佢食好西。原來圓方個Menu同銅鑼灣好唔同,更多選擇更有驚喜😍鍾意飲湯嘅朋友,一定要叫呢個「椰子八寶燉雞湯」完個椰子呈上,超足料!湯頭特濃,陣陣椰香,好飲到不得之了🤤呢度最出名,梗係要叫返份天天燒雞. 肉質嫩滑脆皮,就咁食,唔點薑蓉或者醬都已經好好食😋乾炒牛柳絲銀針粉炒銀針粉夠晒特別。超有鑊氣,牛肉大大片,食落好似燒肉嘅牛肉,絕對高質👍咖央醬炸饅頭炸饅頭細細粒,易入口。界花令到更加脆,鹹甜鹹甜好過癮😍最後甜品要試埋豆腐花加美祿,超滑!!

一入到呢間舖頭,覺得裝修好別緻,坐椅好舒適,窗邊仲有陽光滲入嚟,感覺好舒服。一坐低就會先來一壺熱茶,茶好香濃。呢度最出名係文昌海南雞,無論雞胸定係雞髀肉都好滑,調味醬汁好入味,味道適中,仲可以再配上醬汁,一款酸酸地,另一款辣辣地,更加出味。沙嗲串燒有三個口味,每款有兩條,兩個人食啱啱好,可以試晒三款,串燒好有特色,夥計即時喺你張枱度,用火槍燒,令到肉汁出晒嚟,更加香口。沙嗲醬有花生粒,真材實料,又唔會太鹹、或者太辣。味道調配得剛剛好。豆腐湯海鮮雜菜煲,豆奶湯底好香濃,新鮮嘅蔬菜,配合豆奶湯嘅鮮味,感覺健康又美味。炸蠔仔餅,脆卜卜、大大碟、好足料,味道清清淡淡的,如需要重口味,可以點汁食,好正,非常推介。

因為嚟緊會去新加坡🇸🇬,所以今日特登去試吓呢間新加坡過江龍🤣睇嚟香港經濟真係幾差,午市套餐嘅價錢比我記憶中平咗,尤其是呢度係圓方貴價商場,午市套餐做到呢個價位都相宜。海南雞拼燒雞飯套餐 ($129)所謂金玉其外,賣相就唔錯。雞肉嘅份量十分少,燒雞直程只係將一隻雞全翼打橫斬開幾件,份量又少又多碎骨,有冇搞錯!唔怪得要收喺啲海南雞下面遮醜啦!海南雞面頭嘅汁,好似溝淡咗嘅吉野家雞飯照燒汁味,碟邊有三款常見嘅海南雞飯醬汁可以點。雞皮好薄好滑白色的。燒雞嘅份量少到comment唔到。全靠碗飯塞入個肚,飯幾香,米夠乾身。跟餐的餐飲選擇都幾多。不過我揀嘅檸檬薏米水,只係得一片檸檬,冇薏米粒,同我想像中有點落差。午市加埋一,過百蚊不過唔飽肚食完之後離開餐廳後先發覺好口渴有機會係有太多味精

所謂金玉其外,賣相就唔錯。雞肉嘅份量十分少,燒雞直程只係將一隻雞全翼打橫斬開幾件,份量又少又多碎骨,有冇搞錯!唔怪得要收喺啲海南雞下面遮醜啦!海南雞面頭嘅汁,好似溝淡咗嘅吉野家雞飯照燒汁味,碟邊有三款常見嘅海南雞飯醬汁可以點。雞皮好薄好滑白色的。燒雞嘅份量少到comment唔到。全靠碗飯塞入個肚,飯幾香,米夠乾身。

跟餐的餐飲選擇都幾多。不過我揀嘅檸檬薏米水,只係得一片檸檬,冇薏米粒,同我想像中有點落差。
