今日要返公司做嘢,過晒lunch time先食飯,醒起有個同事話呢間過咗lunch Time後外賣自取好抵食,點知我係啲外賣平台見到有半價,仲平過直接喺天天度叫外賣。平時過$100嘅海南雞飯,今日$70就食到🤭雖然係外賣,但佢啲包裝都幾好,外賣袋唔係紙袋,可以環保啲之後用返。海南雞雞皮爽彈,同埋都真係幾滑,好重雞味,係同平時食嗰啲海南雞有啲分別。不過如果你要我用原價百幾蚊去食,咁就覺得唔係好值,如果下次仲有半價先至會買。

平時都有去開fashion walk分店服務都唔錯,圓方呢間一入去明明仲有位,但安排我地兩位搭台,原先四位食客都明顯不高興🙄🙄我見有個2人卡位(其他同類型台都有2人客坐緊),就要求換位,佢竟然態度好差咁答話呢度係4人台,以佢呢個價位配上呢個服務態度,我就決定都係幫襯番港式茶餐廳算🙂‍↔️🤘🏻

所謂金玉其外,賣相就唔錯。雞肉嘅份量十分少,燒雞直程只係將一隻雞全翼打橫斬開幾件,份量又少又多碎骨,有冇搞錯!唔怪得要收喺啲海南雞下面遮醜啦!海南雞面頭嘅汁,好似溝淡咗嘅吉野家雞飯照燒汁味,碟邊有三款常見嘅海南雞飯醬汁可以點。雞皮好薄好滑白色的。燒雞嘅份量少到comment唔到。全靠碗飯塞入個肚,飯幾香,米夠乾身。

跟餐的餐飲選擇都幾多。不過我揀嘅檸檬薏米水,只係得一片檸檬,冇薏米粒,同我想像中有點落差。

今日放假同朋友去圓方行街食晚飯。 先前有人向我們推介有一間在圓方的餐廳,名天天海南雞飯;是新加坡過江龍嘅餐廳品牌,仲係米芝蓮中攞獎,當然要去吃啦! 它位於圓方水區1樓1050A號鋪,九龍站行出來就到。 餐廳門面夠大有氣派,招牌很顯眼。 裝璜簡約時尚,燈光柔和,加上可看到日落景色,環境高雅,座位寬敞,倍覺舒適! 餐牌內的食物選擇很多:海南雞、小食、串燒、燉湯、海鮮、特色飲品和粉麵飯等等。 🌟天天海南雞 (中份)海南雞用文昌雞,皮薄不油膩 。肉質香濃和嫩滑多汁。 去骨的雞肉真係煮得好滑,可加上特製醬汁:經典的辣椒醬、蠔油和薑蓉,可以更加突出雞肉的味道和層次感,果然是招牌菜,是必點的! 🌟班斕汁椰香鱈魚鱈魚炸得很鬆脆,入口又不油膩,肉質非常嫩滑。最正係個班斕汁,充滿椰香;帶些甜,和鱈魚球十分夾和好味道! 🌟羅勒海鮮什錦一上檯已有很香的羅勒香料味,湯汁非常濃郁,很地道。 內裏材料好豐富,有蝦、魷魚和大量配菜,青椒、粟米仔、蔥等。 食材非常配合,超正! 🌟酥炸椒鹽板豆腐板豆腐炸得超鬆脆可口,椒鹽好惹味! 最正都是個汁料,一口一件,吃到停不了! 這間餐廳食物質素很高,價錢相對唔貴,性價比高。

海南雞用文昌雞,皮薄不油膩 。肉質香濃和嫩滑多汁。 去骨的雞肉真係煮得好滑,可加上特製醬汁:經典的辣椒醬、蠔油和薑蓉,可以更加突出雞肉的味道和層次感,果然是招牌菜,是必點的!

🌟班斕汁椰香鱈魚
鱈魚炸得很鬆脆,入口又不油膩,肉質非常嫩滑。最正係個班斕汁,充滿椰香;帶些甜,和鱈魚球十分夾和好味道!

🌟羅勒海鮮什錦
一上檯已有很香的羅勒香料味,湯汁非常濃郁,很地道。 內裏材料好豐富,有蝦、魷魚和大量配菜,青椒、粟米仔、蔥等。 食材非常配合,超正!

🌟酥炸椒鹽板豆腐
板豆腐炸得超鬆脆可口,椒鹽好惹味! 最正都是個汁料,一口一件,吃到停不了!

這間餐廳食物質素很高,價錢相對唔貴,性價比高。 環境又一流,很值得推薦給大家去捧場!

今日去咗圓方睇戲,睇完戲就順便食埋晚飯先返屋企,圓方商場餐廳價錢都比較貴,天天海南雞價錢比較貼地同味道唔錯嘅餐廳,所以毫無懸念咁去咗拎位今日兩個人叫左三碟野,食到飽飽都係五百蚊,以呢個地點黎計係幾抵食天天燒雞之前食其他分店食過兩次海南雞,今次試吓食燒雞,估唔到燒雞都好好味,外皮香脆,雞肉柔嫩滑,又有雞味,點埋嗰幾款醬汁,令味道更豐富同有變化海鮮炒貴刁海鮮材料新鮮同豐富,有帶子,魷魚同大蝦,貴刁上枱嗰陣熱辣辣,見到啲燈籠椒炒到有少少焦香,就知道鑊氣好足,而且每條貴刁嘅顏色都好均勻,師傅功力十足原條酸菜魚酸菜魚上枱時真係有少少嚇親,呢個價錢有原條魚真係幾抵食,酸菜魚嘅賣相好好,魚頭魚尾炸得乾身同香脆,魚塊啖啖肉又冇骨,仲有唔少配菜,例如炸枝竹同紅薯粉,調味方面比較溫和,啱晒一家大細食

之前食其他分店食過兩次海南雞,今次試吓食燒雞,估唔到燒雞都好好味,外皮香脆,雞肉柔嫩滑,又有雞味,點埋嗰幾款醬汁,令味道更豐富同有變化

海鮮材料新鮮同豐富,有帶子,魷魚同大蝦,貴刁上枱嗰陣熱辣辣,見到啲燈籠椒炒到有少少焦香,就知道鑊氣好足,而且每條貴刁嘅顏色都好均勻,師傅功力十足

原條酸菜魚
酸菜魚上枱時真係有少少嚇親,呢個價錢有原條魚真係幾抵食,酸菜魚嘅賣相好好,魚頭魚尾炸得乾身同香脆,魚塊啖啖肉又冇骨,仲有唔少配菜,例如炸枝竹同紅薯粉,調味方面比較溫和,啱晒一家大細食
