上次在馬鞍山故意去頌安商場,專程找,不太找到時代冰室😩這次有空,走着走着路過沙角邨反而又見到另一間時代冰室,拿票等了幾分鐘。以前很不喜歡坐在餐廳桌與桌之間的位置,感覺既擠迫又老尷,現在疫情下用圍板檔隔着,其實也多了私人空間,疫情過去之後其實可以考慮保留此等措施。近來經常吃飯,因此即使看到麻辣口水雞飯、吉列魚柳蛋包飯或者蔥油豬扒三眼仔煎蛋飯,都不為動容,因為叫這些日子都吃得多飯,因此點了個蔥油脆炸雞髀配瑞士汁撈麵。小碗例湯是有雪梨在內的,雖然看似沒有什麼湯渣,但是味道都夠濃香,不像是混入了太多水去溝淡。雞髀有點蔥油在面頭,但內裏的瑞士汁不算太過入味,因此就只有淡淡的蔥油未以及輕微甜味;反而撈麵,質地彈牙啊,又有點瑞士汁以及蔥油拌起來一起吃,味道較為惹味,而且份量不像只有一個公仔麵,夠多夠飽的。不過細心品嚐,就咁焗雞髀,雞皮煎得夠香脆,但是內裏的雞肉有點兒偏乾,而且不算太過入味,還是要靠其他碟上的豉油汁或是蔥油去配合調味。畢竟都叫做收你50多元,這個份量才夠飽才合理。鴛鴦走的味道亦都相當不錯,奶茶與及咖啡的味道配合在一起,沒有一款比較搶,煉奶亦都不見得太過甜。

中午1:30pm左右首次光顧,見全篇幅的餐牌介紹厚切豬扒系列,點了一份厚切豬扒 伴三眼煎蛋飯(這款還有雙拇指及No.1獎牌,如圖),發現豬扒完全沒有厚切的感覺(如圖),而且豬扒太乾及硬,於是找了一位店員問他:’這真的是餐牌推的厚切豬扒嗎?‘ 店員很有禮貎地回覆:’可能廚房出品有點差異‘,我再問他是否覺得這是厚切,感覺他也有點不好意思,他回答:不算是。其後店員很有誠意地說給我多做一塊,但本人對於廚部被要求重做的食物實在不敢恭維,而且對於那附有雙拇指和奬牌的圖示感覺被誤導,幸好這還是第一次、亦是最後一次光顧。😔

可能其實我叫錯咗,係一碗韓國「豬食用嘅泡飯」

白米,鬆散冇力貧弱,我都好耐都冇試過食啲咁垃圾嘅米飯🍚。

所有豬肉一坺嘢,原本一一片一片嘅豬肉,因為over cooked, 變成一團鼻涕紙巾, 口感就好似牛皮紙咁樣。

蘿蔔,細細塊,而且我真係未試過可以食到一個冇蘿蔔味冇甜味嘅蘿蔔。

豆腐,可以用豆腐渣去形容。

湯底,不知所謂,只係覺得紅色嘅湯。冇韓國豆瓣醬冇辣椒乜嘢都冇,我唔知點樣形容俾你聽

1. 蕃茄雞扒湯烏冬拼炒滑蛋牛油多士及凍檸茶少甜套餐 $44,抵!雞扒好大塊而且剝了皮,蕃茄湯好特別因為有埋薯仔粒及紅蘿蔔粒,而呢啲粒粒唔會太稔,幸好沒有西式香草,所以唔會有陣怪味,因為要烏冬所以加了$5才$44,這個很好味!但係炒滑蛋牛油多士啲炒滑蛋就不及大快活快餐店同埋百份百茶餐廳及翠華餐廳,牛油多士麵包的邊緣位置是乾的,我寧願好似尋日咁叫餐包煎燶邊太陽蛋。今日我想試吓佢嘅凍奶茶少甜,味道都唔錯但係有少少苦澀,所以不及百份百餐廳,但係又好味過大家樂同大快活!

2. 外賣蔥油滑雞雞湯公仔麵拼窿邊煎太陽蛋牛油餐包仔,$32,阿爸話啲蔥油滑雞太多骨冇乜肉,而且件數不多,都係尋日嗰個厚切豬扒湯麵$38抵好多同好食好多。好彩我試咗炒滑蛋麻麻所以叫咗燶邊煎太陽蛋牛油餐包仔俾阿爸。因為爸爸鍾意呢度啲凍檸茶少甜所以我叫了這個給他,不過好飲得來又不及百份百餐廳部份分店最近推出嗰隻味道好,不過又好飲過大家樂同大快活!
