我買了openrice $676 2人餐~另外用了XMAS60 可再減-$60。地方可能有D難找~如果唔熟屯門。不過當你找到時,突然會有種驚喜。Lee 度竟然有一間裝飾唔錯好有心思小店。首先有湯,前菜及 oysters. 最驚喜D炸物好特別有雞皮餃子~一定要試下。及D墨魚咀好大粒~好耐無見過咁大粒又好食。另外~仲有其他驚喜~我原本抱著串燒期望不大一般般小小件。到上菜,我估唔到D牛粒又大又厚又好juicy. 其他五花豬肉及 魷魚及 秋葵釀肉~仲之好大件又好好味。之後,飽到連個煲仔飯都差D食唔落。所以真係驚訝食炸物及串燒,竟然可以食到飽。以一間小店環境氣氛服務食物質素都好~好有居酒屋feel。雖然地方唔近地鐵站~不過附近有泊車位,值得去一躺去感受一下小店居酒屋。特別串燒及炸物~好好味呀!

今日落大雨,有小小涼意。入到屯門,朋友提意不如食煲仔飯,就帶咗我黎呢間係行仔嘅小小日式居酒屋到食晚飯。唔知係唔係大雨關係,當晚餐廳竟然得一枱客。入到去環境幾舒適,仲有啲玩味成份重嘅牌匾,都幾打卡。先叫一個主打嘅白鱔煲仔飯,再叫咗啲小食同串燒。雞皮餃子,唐揚豆池魚兩款炸物都好脆,雞皮餃子(4隻)偏油一啲但配咗個柚子醋食又唔錯。豆池魚(7-8條)配咗他他醬,魚仔黎講都幾漲卜卜厚肉,不過就要小心幼骨。日本味嶒釀蟹蓋期間限定嘅蟹蓋,蟹蓋入面有蟹肉蟹糕同蛋黃,撈勻後就可以點麵包條食,麵包有啲似sour dough質地,同埋有烘底。醬燒大圓茄子價錢有少少貴,佢係短身圓圓地果種茄子,介咗花再塗醬燒,面頭再加啲木魚碎。燒茄子本身就好食,但我唔係點食到佢醬燒嘅醬。原隻大啡菇,雞肝大啡菇好厚肉好juice。雞肝都幾大粒,好香炭燒味。鹽燒白鱔煲仔飯真係好好食!有5大塊鹽燒白鱔,白鱔好厚肉好爽口,魚皮都好煙韌,燒完好香口。中間有粒蛋黃同櫻花蝦,撈勻一齊食真係唔錯,但佢就冇飯焦。啲飯都有燒白鱔嘅醬汁同魚油香。最後加埋蟹蓋啲蟹肉蟹糕落個飯到食,好正。

食過午餐多次,今次係首次響秋香食晚餐,平時同兩老去食晏唔會「擒」上吧枱坐,今次同哥哥坐窗邊吧枱,夜晚有另一番景象。前菜雙拼咗明太子沙律跟黃金魷魚,明太子沙律食落嗦嗦聲,唔鹹嘅明太子,好驚喜,黃金魷魚都係嗰種味道,無乜特別。免治雞肉棒內有雞軟骨,好有層次,醮蛋加醬油食,其實有少少膩,不過整體嚟講係好味嘅。大圓茄子啖啖茄肉,醬油味剛好,唔會好鹹,唔錯。椒鹽雞軟骨夠脆,熱辣辣好好味。泡菜豚肉煲仔飯份量不能看少,足有兩碗飯,餸料相對好足,泡菜好多,肉亦唔少,味道頗濃,撈咗蛋漿都係有點膩,無飯焦嘅煲仔飯,都好味嘅。

我哋過了午市繁忙時間才入席,但都要等了約25分鐘,才上食物。$148再加一的午市串燒:串燒唔好食。豬腩肉肉靭、牛肋肉有𡁻口😓、雞翼勁大浸雪味、蕃茄菠蘿正常(其實都好難唔好食😂)。已經主打串燒都可以咁既質素,真係…最過分係嗰「飯」。上碟時一望已覺得怪怪,因為每粒米的顏色有半粒都是白色,似是未熟透。吃了一啖,硬到不能入口。立即向侍應小姐反映,他說因為是日本米,所以比較硬。我真的忍不住說:我在日本也未曾吃過這樣質感的米。然後他把飯退回廚房。隔了2分鐘後,換上另一碗飯,這碗是熟透的飯,質感是偏硬,但可以入口的,一定不是剛才那款生米的硬。$208 再加一的午市牛舌芯煲仔飯。質素ok , 但唔係每舊都係最冧嗰part,同埋唔值呢個價錢。試一次就夠。隨餐附送可樂,以為係一罐罐(全間鋪頭放滿一罐罐汽水),點知係低成本半杯冰可樂(飲到尾好淡、好多水)。呢個價位的午餐(人均$200),offer 呢款可樂,真係…..總結:環境適合打卡。食物質素👎🏻見到其他人評語預左未必好好,而今次個人經驗都覺得性價比好低、串燒質素欠佳、一定唔會再有下次。
