大大一包錫紙包得妥當的芝士金菇和盛好的牛油粟米,可以放在爐邊讓它自生自滅,非常方便XD 甜栗米加上微咸牛油從來是絕配,撕開金菇的包裝只見芝士多得流淌出來,香味濃郁,金菇口感也細軟滑溜。平常火鍋吃到的芝心丸輕烤一下,外皮脆而中心的芝士融化,口感更豐富但要小心烤焦。

甜品時間到了,大愛朱古力香蕉和綿花糖夾餅!建議將綿花糖夾餅輕烤一下讓綿花糖融化,口感更好!每人一件的甜品則選了香蕉冰卷,糯米外皮包著香蕉夾心,冰冰涼涼的,作為這晚的句號正好!

與三五好友吹著冷氣吃燒烤,是夏天最大樂趣!看隣桌的任食鰻魚也很不錯的樣子,下次要再試!

They have 3 pricing for their main BBQ buffet. The price is the same for customers who left before 7.30pm and dine in after 9.30pm, at a price of $218. For customers who left after 7.30pm, the price will be $238 as this will be the peak timing. For Friday and weekdays, there will be an additional $10 incurred.

As we liked to try on their abalone, thus we pay an additional $10 per abalone. For the price, i could not fault much on it. It was slightly tough and i need to chew longer than usual to finish it off. 

For the price, it was quite reeasonable and value for money. For people who was around this area, it was a place worth trying out for.

今日去左山林道呢間串燒放題,我同男朋友10點半先到,最尾個枱客都走左,得返我地一枱👀。(佢地11點半就last order)好似係$218一位,任叫海鮮每位加$98。唔加海鮮都可以以$1換海鮮一件,不過每位只限一件。有好多特別嘅醬汁,幾推介檸檬蜜糖🍋🍯。鰻魚,煙肉荔枝呢兩樣我最中意。蟶子同翡翠螺都唔錯,蠔就一般般。羊架有少少失望,唔推介。服務態度好好,得返我地一枱客,夠鐘都無趕客,會提醒我地啲海鮮已經夠熟,好有禮貌。都值得去食。

作為新開的串燒店,同人燒無論在服務和食物質素上表現得還可以。我們吃的是最貴的時段,人均消費不低,但是可以坐兩個半鐘還是划算的。可惜漏單情況有些嚴重,有的食物或飲品追單兩三次都不來,要親自和店員講才有,這一點需要改進。

大熱天時想要吃燒烤當然要躲進室內了同人燒位於佐敦與尖沙咀交界交通還挺方便的而且任食串燒限時2個半小時時間還挺寬裕的走上樓梯,樓上全層都是座位很寬敞放食物的位置也很多不用怕要一直移位每個燒烤爐對上都抽氣機可以即時抽走油煙所以吃了整晚衣服都沒有沾到太大味道在做$1特價一些貴價海鮮可以每人點一樣燒烤爐分為2邊一邊用錫紙包裹可以放一些表面比較不平滑的食物或者一些較體積較小的食物烤起來很方便一入座,職員就拿來一些較常見的食物在沒想到吃什么之前就可有東西先烤真的非常貼心還有前菜酸酸的木耳很醒胃燒烤好伴侶孜然粉另外還有海鹽雞汁用來搽在食物上可以保持食物的水份也可以減少熱氣有多款醬料可供選擇自製雪梨茶淡淡的甜味很清新解渴蜜糖蕃茄可以直接食用清甜多汁魷魚筒超多水份,烤得時侯一直不斷地滲水鮮味還挺不錯的海蝦口感較為軟身,比較一般牛柳粒牛味挺濃的烤久了還是能保留肉汁粟米很清甜,絕對要試鰻魚 (加$1)鰻魚汁很香濃烤完後超入味肉質彈牙中帶少許煙韌不過要加$98才有任食金菇肥牛串牛肉鮮嫰,金菇多汁非常不錯芝士丸內裡的芝士很澎湃外表彈牙煙肉荔枝咸香的煙肉配上清甜的荔枝超好吃的牛油粟米粒粟米粒還清甜加入牛油味道更加

所以記住入座前問清楚供應量喇!!!

** 老闆話所有串燒都係計人頭而定份量, 免得有人點太多食唔哂而浪費. 所以如果想主攻某樣串燒的話, 建議寫多幾張紙喇!!!

又一新串燒店開幕了,淨係醬料己有十幾款,混醬混醬又混醤,末食已先聲奪人。二百餘元二小時半比平常去開的多了半個鐘,終於不用食到最後亂陣腳,可慢慢嘆!食物飲料任點任食,種類尚算多。如想豪些少,只要加&98便可享受特選海鮮,如扇貝,蠔......等等。龍蝦雖然不是好大隻,但肉份量不少,蝦膏燒起來幾惹味,肉質彈牙爽口。扇貝鮮甜嫰滑,不須調味,原汁原味。海蝦亦不錯,Q弾。肥牛金菇,牛肉味欠奉,肉質尚算軟熟。羊架太羶。多春魚和鲭魚燒得香囗又不失水份。各類蔬菜瓜果都非常新鮮。整體食物質素一般,調味比較淡,所以建議掃點混醬或加些少海鹽提升味道。但可惜醬料又太稀,起不了多大作用。但考慮到二百多元的價錢,一班朋友可舒舒服服,一邊食一邊聊天,確係食得過。抽煙系統做得不錯,食後沒太多油煙沾上衣服,讃!希望食物方面可再檢討一下,期待下次再來時會有進步。

龍蝦雖然不是好大隻,但肉份量不少,蝦膏燒起來幾惹味,肉質彈牙爽口。

扇貝鮮甜嫰滑,不須調味,原汁原味。

抽煙系統做得不錯,食後沒太多油煙沾上衣服,讃!

希望食物方面可再檢討一下,期待下次再來時會有進步。

擒晚同班姐妹去完旅行後第一次再出嚟食飯, 揀咗呢間貪佢好特別, 可以自己燒同埋有冷氣, 我地準時7:30 到咗上到去環境唔錯, 起碼夠冷氣坐低後服務非常好, 細心地講解點樣點餐同大約點燒啲食物, 唔駛10 分鐘所有 order 既食物嚟齊晒, 我地有5個人所以要埋任食海鮮每位都係加 $88, 無網上話拖住唔比海鮮你食既情況出現, 但啲食物嚟到就知中伏, 啲肉類嚟到全部都預先整熟晒, 只係比你係個爐面上加熱返佢嚟食, 即時心諗有冇攪錯呀 !!!啲海鮮如果用 $88 呢個價就無嘢好講, 算係一般貨式最後最唔掂係個厠所, 朋友去完出嚟居然話無水沖厠啊 !!!! 真係萬萬不能接受 !!!!總括嚟講如果佢既食物質素唔改善既話, 睇怕開多2 個月度都會消失

我同朋友都好中意食串燒,但很多餐廳並不是任食的,而且串燒價錢也不便宜,因此常常都不能吃到盡興。但最近在佐敦發現了串燒DIY任燒任飲,一個價錢可以任飲任食,我們當然要立即去食啦!同人燒地址位於尖沙咀山林道串燒放題價錢為$238,五、六、日、公眾假期及前夕每位$248。放題時間為2.5小時,任食特選海鮮要額外加$98。食物款式很多,而且海鮮也算有很多的選擇特制的混醬,我比較喜歡蜜椒汁,甜甜的又有少許黑椒味。強烈推薦大家一定要加$98任食海鮮,因為真係好新鮮好好味扇貝有2款,分別是蒜蓉同奶油口味。這裡的扇貝好厚肉,配埋蒜蓉食超正!!!而且這裡還有鰻魚!!! 連鍚紙盤一齊加熱,配上日式燒汁,鰻魚肉質紮實。還有金菇肥牛、雞翼、龍蝦丸、墨魚丸、台灣腸、燒賣、午餐肉等等,味道也是不錯的。燒的時候可以搽雞汁,這樣可以保持juicy又一推介: 薯片!!! 真係可以燒到脆卜卜,好有薯味棉花糖夾餅,烘一烘就可以食啦,千萬不要烘太久,否則很易烘燶。餅乾夾住稍為溶化的棉花糖,好好味!!甜品有日式和果子,煙煙靭靭的。一個價錢就可以任燒任食,而且食物質素非常好,絕對值得再回訪。
