元朗的緣聚日式放題店一向是我的心水放題店之一,今次相隔幾個月和朋友一起再來。今次除了基本的放題項目外,還加錢升級了升級選項,會有焦糖菠蘿鵝肝、蟹味噌蟹肉甲羅燒、拖羅刺身、蒲燒鰻魚串等等。首先先從冷盤開始吃起,拖羅刺身肉質鮮甜細嫩,每次點的份量雖然不多,勝在由於是放題的關係,可以無限任點。其次我最愛的便是海膽青瓜任食,鮮甜的海膽配上清爽的青瓜,絕對是冷盤中我最愛的食物。焦糖菠蘿鵝肝是我在熱盤中的最愛,焦糖菠蘿的清甜多汁本身已是炎炎夏日的解渴水果,而且燒香後,更把糖度逼高一層,配上煎香的鵝肝,入口即化的鵝肝,口感相當的幼滑,焦糖菠蘿的清爽香甜味剛好中和了鵝肝煎香後的油膩感,即可以協助突出好處,蓋上壞處。甜品飲品方面,除有雀巢甜筒、阿波羅各式雪條雪糕外,更有韓國版的不同雪條,而我看見醬香拿鐵後,便立即點了一杯,有淡淡的酒香,配上咖啡的味道,相當有趣,更難得的是,兩者的混合異常匹配,絕對值得一試。

今日黎到元朗,就同朋友黎食位於嘉誠廣場旁邊「緣聚」食午餐放題。位置方便,容易到達。座位好寬鬆,坐得好舒服。刺身榮螺,帶子,三文魚,吞拿魚,北寄貝,甜蝦,赤背等等…好多選擇。刺身都好新鮮,食落口很肥美,肉質嫩滑蟹味噌蟹肉甲羅燒好驚喜嘅item,好少放題會有得食滿滿嘅蟹膏,加上少許蟹肉,味道濃郁,再配上魚乾,完美融合生蠔生蠔好新鮮肥美,好鮮甜,每隻都很飽滿,配上醬汁,一流風味燒羊扒羊扒鮮嫩多汁,醃得入味,燒得唔會過熟手卷芝士蟹子手卷,芥辣八爪魚手卷。壽司類種類好多選擇,而且佢的式,可以叫唔同款式嘗試,又唔會過飽串燒蒜蓉牛油燒海蝦,蝦大隻,而且燒得入味。慢煮牛舌串,牛舌煮得腍,牛味足夠。醬油燒帶子串,帶子大大粒。扇貝黃金燒,調味十足,即叫即燒。蒲燒鰻魚串,鰻魚燒得入味,肉質軟滑,新鮮。天婦羅,炸物炸得酥脆,而且炸粉不會太厚,炸蠔肉質飽滿,驚喜嘅仲有炸蝦多士甜品甜品同樣亦有好多選擇,又可以出去拎雪糕。我哋叫了生忌廉吉士銅鑼燒,賣相好吸睛,而且亦唔會好甜玫瑰洛神花茶茶類亦都有不同選擇,食咗咁多美食,當然要飲杯茶驚喜呢度會有無酒精黃油啤酒,甜甜的,有少許啤酒味,好夾好滿足嘅一餐
