荃灣開左間新既冰室,一直都未去試,今日難得唔洗返工,而且地方又近我屋企,一於去食個下午茶,chill一chill先!呢間冰室有好多唔同既款式,而米線都有唔少選擇,唔淨係得蕃茄,今次一於試下其他蕃茄菜式,養生既我就選左花膠雞湯米線,花膠有成兩大塊,而且仲有雞脾肉,湯底係好濃郁既雞湯,有d稠,令米線都可以吸到湯汁!另外朋友仲叫左胡椒豬肚雞湯米線,米線份量十足,胡椒湯味好濃郁,有帶點微辣,豬肚都有好多塊,食完之後咩寒意都無哂!另外仲叫左多西多士,西多士係剛炸起好脆,配上牛油同糖漿,簡直係邪惡之選!仲叫左個馳名既瑞士雞脾,瑞士汁好濃,而且雞脾仲醃得好入味,大大隻份量十足!服務態度唔錯,而且裝修都有特色,值得一試

早收約咗朋友食飯,見西站附近開咗間番茄18就忍唔到住食試下。之前都食過佢地其他分店的番茄出品,今次決定試試其他。個裝修都好懷舊風主要都係大路既米線、飯類。叉燒滑蛋飯:個飯走咗蔥花,個蛋係呈炒蛋、唔會水汪汪的。食落有蛋香同滑身,配上叉燒同甜醬油忍唔住一口按一口,重點飯都偏硬身有質感。個蛋very good口水雞米線:米線有彈性唔會煮過火,口水雞幾惹味係偏甜。如果可以多d肉就好,但個汁撈野幾正。花生碎多士:呢個真心幾邪惡,上面有滿滿的花生碎,多士塊上面沾著花生醬、煉乳,香脆可口。菠蘿冰正常發揮。想讚一讚杯熱奶茶,茶味好出帶一絲絲茶自然的苦澀味,但唔多,同奶滑的奶撞埋好平衡,比坊間好多的冰室出色。

呢間餐廳主打蕃茄湯底同埋滷水雞脾雞翼,但係今次就無試到呢兩個招牌菜。我哋兩個人要咗口水雞半隻,一個胡椒豬肚雞米線,一份鹹牛肉蔥花炒蛋三文治,同埋一份上湯浸娃娃菜。首先想講吓佢個口水雞,非常之嫩滑,啲骨仲有少少紅色,浸雞嘅時間啱啱好,就連雞胸肉都好滑,口水雞嘅醬汁都唔錯,唔會好辣,上邊除咗花生配料,仲加咗少少粟米脆筒嘅零食,好搞笑。胡椒豬肚雞米線嘅胡椒豬肚湯都唔錯,胡椒味幾濃,冬天食就最啱,食完暖笠笠。鹹牛肉蔥花炒蛋三文治個炒蛋唔算細份,有一定嘅厚度,生熟度都拿捏得都唔錯,如果個麵包可以焗得脆少少就更加好啦。
