個番茄湯比一般出面食嘅淺色以為會好淡味原來都幾香幾濃味而且食落唔會覺得頸渴個人覺得個湯做得唔錯👍🏻雞翼有四大隻算係多肉但麻香味唔夠兩隻有麻香味另外兩隻又冇同埋佢浸咗落個湯點都會有啲影響建議佢可以考慮雞翼分上至於個烏冬真係唔得😡喺出面等位嘅時候見到佢貼咗幾張唔同雜誌嘅訪問見啲訪問讚佢個烏冬係用稻庭烏冬仲要好好食咁我當然跟機啦然後送嚟嗰陣見到唔係扁身已經知道唔對路佢用嘅係讚歧烏冬而且仲要係唔好食嘅係出面茶餐廳食嗰啲炒烏冬嘅質素真係好撚失望😕唯一係個湯救翻成碗麵但個份量係偏少連食量細嘅我都唔飽講真呢個價錢我覺得唔太值不過見係黃圈就算啦至於佢個環境佢俾咗個冇冷氣吹到嘅位我冇冷氣不特止仲要入面廚房吹啲熱風出嚟熱到出晒汗真係唔係一個好嘅經驗

個番茄湯比一般出面食嘅淺色
以為會好淡味
原來都幾香幾濃味
而且食落唔會覺得頸渴
個人覺得個湯做得唔錯👍🏻

雞翼有四大隻
算係多肉
但麻香味唔夠
兩隻有麻香味另外兩隻又冇
同埋佢浸咗落個湯點都會有啲影響
建議佢可以考慮雞翼分上

麻辣汁,先滴一兩滴試味,伴點濃湯。感覺石破天驚,竟然如此合拍,麻辣汁沒有消失於濃郁蕃茄湯中,反之可與之分庭抗禮,搶佔一半味道,甜中帶辣帶麻,雙重口感,好不過隱。

又開蓋灑一點百里香試試。百里香千里香迷迭香,味道濃厚搶口,會掩蓋食材原來味道。香港多用於醃肉或伴碟,很少直接入饌使用,建議只落一點點吧。喝一口,味道與蕃茄相夾,就如肉醬意粉那種味道,但口感換了是湯水,感覺新鮮,刺激味蕃。

二. 玩味十足,以年青人為主要銷售對象
我們開餐廳的,開業前都會做市場研究,明暸各類型消費者之行為習慣。蕃茄師兄主要對象是年青人,他們是喜歡創意,要吃得與別不同。這兒餐牌玩味十足,菜種選擇很少,都是加牛或加蛋或加海鮮而已。假如店家改一個正常名稱叫牛肉炒蛋蕃茄烏冬,猜想一下客人會怎樣想呢?平平無奇,不知有何特點。但現在改名叫『滑一滑』,即時升價十倍,讓顧客知道賣的是滑蛋,不是茶餐廳的那種炒蛋。

價格方面,取九字作尾數,也是一種營銷方法,讓消費者陷入價格旋渦。以為『鮮氣迫人』才八十元,有新鮮海鮮吃,不算昂貴呀!但實情是九十元,兩隻普通蝦、三粒墨魚滑、一隻鮑魚而已,要讚是海鮮清潔乾淨,蝦身去鬚去腳,鮑魚刷得潔白,但味道普通。

蕃茄師兄由深水埗新來元朗,估計繼續保持質素,站穩陣腳,第三分店指日可待。
