As you might have seen from my earlier reviews I had visited the Top Blade Steak in Shatin in March, so it was time to check out the consistency between the Shatin and Ho Man Tin branches. As you might have seen from my earlier reviews I had visited the Top Blade Steak in Shatin in March, so it was time to check out the consistency between the Shatin and Ho Man Tin branches.

Off course we ordered the signature flat iron steak or top blade steak. For those of you that don’t know, this cut is around the shoulder of the cow and is supposed to be well marbled with a rich beef flavor! When cooked correctly this cut should be tender and juicy and that’s just exactly what they do here, it’s just damm perfect!

Our steaks were juicy and tender, the scent of rosemary and roasted garlic were the perfect condiments. I didn’t even need to add black pepper. I concluded the quality of the steaks here were the same as in the Shatin branch 👍 The french fries are all you can eat, and we refilled twice 🙈 The seasoning they spray or sprinkle on their french fries, which is truffle is addictive.

To wash it all down we ordered their special drink, which was an iced tea with cream and pistachio nuts on top, it’s nice, the brew of the tea was strong, topped with the cream and pistachio nuts it was very refreshing and acted like a drink / dessert.

The restaurant is well air conditioned so it doesn’t smell of bbq steak odor and spacious, it is relaxing and the waiting staff are tentative and professional.

This is probably the best value for money steaks in town!

門面簡約,位置距離地鐵有啲遠。餐牌精簡,專業地發揮好佢專長。Guest Chef Flat Iron Steak $238嫩口既蘆筍,配有香甜既烤粟米,牛扒切口比較求其,賣相一般般,但勝在牛香味撲鼻,熟度剛剛好,呢個價位都算抵食,值得再食的。Prime Flat Iron $268賣相簡約,牛扒熟度拿捏得好好,色澤均勻,令人望落去就有食慾,唔會好肥,無膩喉感,牛香濃厚,每一口都好好享受同珍惜唔浪費。富有黑松露香既任食薯條係佢噱頭,但係雖然佢好香口,但都唔會食多,始終薯條都好飽肚,個人認為夠味,連番茄醬都唔需要,會遮左松露味。Dirty Lemonade $40我仲特登問店員呢個特飲係咩來頭,原來係用烤過嘅檸檬,帶有焦糖味,不過我飲完之後就覺得唔值呢口價,因為完全飲唔出有焦糖味,一般般。

富有黑松露香既任食薯條係佢噱頭,
但係雖然佢好香口,但都唔會食多,
始終薯條都好飽肚,個人認為夠味,
連番茄醬都唔需要,會遮左松露味。

我仲特登問店員呢個特飲係咩來頭,
原來係用烤過嘅檸檬,帶有焦糖味,
不過我飲完之後就覺得唔值呢口價,
因為完全飲唔出有焦糖味,一般般。

第一次食Flat Iron, 就係係Top Blade🐂。個時只得一間小店, 位於何文田既地舖,應該係2017年既事⏳。個時人氣已經幾高,夜晚都要排隊先可以入坐。當然要食番個SIGNATURE🥩🥩FLAT IRON STEAK伴碟有原個蒜蓉🧄,配沙律🥗、薯條🍟,而薯條係免費添加的🆓️。ℹFLAT IRON係係牛CHUCK/SHOULDER既部位,每隻牛有既份量唔多,以往甚少作牛扒煮食。由於本身牛既部位同選材方面已經好好,只要煎到medium rare,加少少鹽同蒜蓉,已經好好味🤤🤤。個人覺得配蒜蓉比較好味。知道而家已經有好幾間分店,相信質素會比以前冇咁好(根據以往餐飲模式🙈🙈),但仍可一試。
