星期天下午去花墟買花  順道去呢間出名了一段時間的達人手感烘焙地點不難找  地鐵站一出沿直路就看見一到門口見到店員大力宣傳店員亦立刻為我遞上麵包盤和夾不過其實已經見到人頭湧湧  好難插入麵包區的位置其實望下去實在相當吸引 每款麵包都有得試食除了一些有包裝的麵包或scones外不過試左好多款後  其實我只係覺得味道是相比其他麵包鋪的口味特別但如果話好好食  又未致於  或者我期望過高最後我選了招牌三明治作為翌日的早餐麵包軟熟  蛋皮煮得好像芝士一樣再配上甜奶油  其實感覺蠻新鮮的

其實望下去實在相當吸引 每款麵包都有得試食
除了一些有包裝的麵包或scones外
不過試左好多款後  其實我只係覺得味道是相比其他麵包鋪的口味特別
但如果話好好食  又未致於  或者我期望過高

最後我選了招牌三明治作為翌日的早餐
麵包軟熟  蛋皮煮得好像芝士一樣再配上甜奶油  其實感覺蠻新鮮的

回家小心翼翼地把它取出,噢,已有點皺巴巴的,不過還挺可愛的。屬餐包系列的它,就是甜的意思。

吃前,單用嗅的都知道它是朱古力的好朋友,超香!咬一口,嘩!朱古力是醬汁的液狀,半流心,太誘惑!
若是早餐吃它實在有點罪過;下午茶吃它則剛好一舒工作的疲乏心情!

最後買了兩個回家,一款是農夫紫薯乳酪,切開後,見到有些紫薯蓉,有些是混合了忌廉芝士的,顏色非常吸引,紫薯味道不錯,不太甜,而有忌廉芝士的更好味,麵包是鬆軟的,非常喜歡。

另一款是魔仗水果條,其實並不是條狀,選它的原因是喜歡多材料,有綜合水果乾,核桃,桂圓和枸杞,試過紅酒桂圓,很喜歡有桂圓味道的麵包,而魔仗水果條加有核桃,口感更好,水果乾又加添香氣,麵包質地有嚼勁,但並不過硬,也是有水準的。

早前到過尖沙嘴的法國過江龍Eric Kayser 麵包店試過其麵包,與這間麵包店比較,我非常同意「外國的月亮不是較圓」的說法,因為我已被「パン達人」迷著了!
Other Info. : 雖然有告示牌提示客人要用夾來夾取麵包樣本試食,但無夾子放有那裏,客人都用手直接取來試。可考慮放置一些細小的夾子在樣本旁,客人見有夾子便會用,較衛生。

Before I took it out of the bag, I could already smell a lovely garlic scent.
The bread had a delicious yeasty taste and chewy bread texture that a good bread should have.

A few weeks later, we decided to go to Cafe Take A Break nearby so we made a visit here.
The bakery is laid out differently to the local ones and they had samples for nearly every bread which was good.

These were my favourites (tried and liked):
Vegetable and cheese bun (natural yeast, pizza powder, cheese).
Purple potato and cheese (natural yeast, purple potato, cream cheese).
Love heart (natural yeast, chocolate, strawberry, wine).
Earl grey pineapple bread (natural yeast, pineapple, walnut, raisin, tea, wine).
Lychee bread (natural yeast, lychee, walnut, mixed nuts, wine).
Chocolate banana lover (chocolate, banana, honey beer).
Okinawa brown sugar (natural yeast, brown sugar, mochi).

不想吃一次便給分,所以試了三次,相信現在給分尚算合理。包的味道和質地不錯,有水平,但對於慣吃日式湯種軟包的我,慣於吃餡料花式多多的我,實在無法滿足。包實在偏硬身,餡料來去去都只是硬芝士或乳酪,不是提子乾和藍莓,就是蔓越莓,無大變化,我試了一個有芒果的,較特別,但芒果竟是爽口的!雖然一定是蜜餞或乾果,但爽口的芒果嘛......而凡是有藍莓的包,味道都有點假,果醬味,聞覺得香,吃卻沒有甚麼味道。對我來說,包太大,也偏貴。店員有制服,包了頭,又戴口罩,好像很衛生,又有紀律。但為甚麼有一位店員染了一撮粉紅色的頭髮,不包在頭巾裏,遮住右眼,晃來晃去?她有戴口罩,但戴在下巴!看來店長要留意下下,名店管理也要有水平才是!

早於這間「パン達人手感烘焙」開業初期,已看過了不少傳媒報導,而且拜讀完食友的食評後,發現此店除了能熱爆全台外,更有本事令港人也為包瘋狂,在開幕後首個假日,竟然還沒到下午五時,已全店麵包售罄,認真誇張。自問是懶人一族,當然沒打算加入搶包熱潮或慕名朝聖,不過正所謂出外靠朋友,早前和幾位食友飯敘,竟然收到  “愛吃達人”  送上這店的天然酵母包,哈哈,從達人手中接到達人麵包,認真有趣,亦衷心感激。據悉這間在台灣擁有多達 18 間店舖的「パン達人手感烘焙」,是以健康天然酵母製作為賣點,而且店裡更自設恒溫房及酵母培殖室,並以加州葡萄自養酵母發酵,一砌由零起步。原來從天然酵母的飼養到麵包發酵及烘焙,共需約九天時間,另還要加上人手搓製,製作過程十分認真,聽落亦殊不簡單。麵包口味方面,數一數,由餐包、鹹、甜,以至吐司,竟然多達 56 款,認真厲害,不過售價當然亦絕不便宜,由  $20- $50 不等。至於這次品嚐的蒜味法國,由於並非收到後當晚即吃,而筆者於翌日亦懶得沒把包翻熱了才進食,所以吃起來,蒜蓉醬香味不甚突出,尤幸個包身,口感煙韌軟熟,還帶著點點牛油香。聽說黑眼豆豆和修格拉乳酪麵包都是店裡人氣之

パン 吸引人之處係有得試食,好多飽都好有料,貨真價實,見黑豆豆樣子討好,聞上去好重朱古子味,雖無得試食,即管買來試試看。看,幾多饀,但真係過甜,朱古力味似朱古力粉的味甚於朱古力粒味,要是DARK COCO 多好,雖然黑豆豆不是我杯茶,但仍給他一個讚吧,不境其它飽真係好好味,勁想一次過食晒。

My first experience of Top Pot Bakery was in Taiwan.  I loved the bread sooo much that I packed a few in my suitcase to HK.  I am not fond of bread, not at all. So you can bet how tasty their bread is to make me go through all the troubles.    When I learnt that the Bakery is opening in HK, I was thrilled!!!  I was there the opening of the Bakery and I was not let down. The HK branch is, in general, no difference from the TW branch, in terms of the quality and variety of the food and the decor!

So you can bet how tasty their bread is to make me go through all the troubles.    When I learnt that the Bakery is opening in HK, I was thrilled!!!  I was there the opening of the Bakery and I was not let down. The HK branch is, in general, no difference from the TW branch, in terms of the quality and variety of the food and the decor!  

Enough about the background.

I loooove their bread.  Their signature "Black Eye Bean Bean" is heavenly!  There is something really special about the texture of the bread and the body of the bread is extra moist, soft yet chewy.  You can taste the wheat of the flavor, and of course the mouth-watering chocolate! The molten chocolate melts from within when you micro-wave the bread (or you can melt it with the heat of your body as you put it in you mouth, i guess?)!!! A must-try!!!! It is $28 for 5.  Great for value!

I also love the pillow-shaped chocolate bread.  I dont remember the name though.  It has cheese, chocolate, and coffee powder (?).  The combo of the three brings the best of one another!  And the texture of the bread is soft and moist, somewhat like "Black Eye Bean Bean".  This one is a bit more pricey.  But considering the size and quality of the bread, it is really worth the money!

One thing I dont like about the HK branch is its location.  Though it is near the MTR station, Prince Edward is not convenient location.  Especially when the Bakery is more of a higher end, Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay or Central seems a more sensible choice.  

I look forward to seeing more of the Bakery in different parts of HK!

卡門貝爾 $35 (8.5/10):天然酵母,蔓越莓,奶油起司(含奶)
胖達人各種麵包裡面,食材蔓越莓出現的頻率很高,對於喜歡各式berries的我尤其稱心。還記得上次吃過的鹹品皇冠,連不偏愛奶油起司的我也吃到停不下來。這次特意買了甜品Carlbell試試有何區別。發覺這裡凡是有奶油起司為餡的麵包,包身會比其他乾果類的更為軟身,應該就是那種軟軟的質感配上濃濃的奶油起司的奇妙化學反應讓人欲罷不能吧。不同於皇冠,Carlbell的奶油起司沒有那麼澎湃,只有圍著外圈的部分,另外的半邊就是蔓越莓的天地。

雖然我不特別喜歡奶油起司,但不得不說以皇冠卡門貝爾來說,鹹品的皇冠做得更為出色,也許食材專一吧,奶油起司比較突出。

法式修酪 $28 (7.5/10):天然酵母,蔓越莓,核桃(全素)
吃過這個法式修酪之後,相比之下,我會更喜歡上次試過的德式法羅娜。看了介紹,發覺分別在於這個法式是全素而德式的有奶成份,應該是這個原因吧,上次德式的有淡淡的奶香而這個法式更著重乾果的成份,麵包烤出來的質感也完全不一樣,對於不能碰奶的朋友,這個法式修酪還是值得推介的。

之前聽說小S老公投資的麵包店在太子開幕了本來很期待在太子又可以有多家麵包店選擇的‘蘋果’今天實在太失望了相比旁邊一樣是天然的麵包店差太遠了‘蘋果’買了黑眼豆豆,還有個北海道什麽的餓,正如其他食家所說的,胖達人的麵包剛出爐就還OK(其實也有粘口,是傳說中的烤到半熟吧!)第二天就皺皮了,而且還有點難聞的味道上網看了有關天然酵母的資料之後,就真正明白了是誤導名牌,靠名氣的一家店而已!實在有點失望
