觀塘飲食日誌 day1778$食一個茄牛烏冬做lunch抵唔抵其實好視乎配套而定烏冬用讚岐,粗身結實有咬口也做到掛湯動作份量看似不多但食得好飽湯底用鮮茄茸唔馬虎跟餐還有一個小食選了茶碗蒸雖只有一小粒蝦仁及一片鮮菌但蛋味非常濃郁蒸得嫩滑唔老連跟餐的柚子茶也很大杯相對之下牛肉失色可能是蕃茄湯底太濃把牛肉味掩蓋而且不是一片片而是碎上於是連肉質也沒法評論另外是新開張不久所以地方乾淨也坐得舒服服務員也快手殷勤整個用餐體驗不錯

所以地方乾淨

有心機裝修,有自成一國既空間感,又同時感受到附近食客既氣氛,好自然舒服。平時去襯日式食店都硬係用石英燈,筒燈,黃光燈再配搭深沉木製品等等,感覺忽明忽暗好唔舒服,今次有驚喜。食物種類都算足夠多,有心機煮,今次試左個牛蒡冷烏冬,撞正又焗又熱又濕既天氣,食完連個丹田都清涼晒,呢個雞軟骨,唔明老闆點解唔推薦做主打,好食,又係心機菜,有咬口,有爽脆,乾身不肥膩。至於呢個軟殼蟹,份量都唔細,只係對我嚟講食開濃味既人稍為淡左小小。期待老闆同主廚再有新推出。

叫左三個烏冬加小食,烏冬無令我失望,好有彈力,而有掛到湯,蕃茄湯底食到係無味精,而又唔會酸,忍唔住連個湯都飲晒。
小食好脆,尤其南瓜餅。
另一個係用醬撈既烏冬,酸酸甜甜小朋友食得好開心。

總括好滿意,環境舒服,價錢大眾化,但食物係高質👍👍

最後兩個薯餅小食更是驚喜,簡單講就係皮薄餡靚,南瓜蓉同粟米蓉都甜而不膩,亦明顯地係新鮮即製。


飲品叫左波子汽水,無咩好點評😙
