🔺Parma HamParma ham品質高質,肥瘦比例適中,火腿煙燻的味道剛剛好,鹹味恰到好處🔺Baked Beef Tripe這個是令我有驚喜的菜式,大家來到也是一定要點的份量不多,作為前菜剛剛好義大利式的牛肚菜式,非常特別,以番茄醬為base連同芝士和雞蛋一起烤焗番茄酸甜的味道非常開胃,加上金錢肚彈牙的口感裡面還有一些鷹嘴豆,吃起來跟shakshuka有點異曲同工之妙另外還有foccacia可以沾醬吃,是個非常開胃的前菜🔺Neptune’s Bounty店家招牌菜之一,是seafood lover必點菜式不同的海鮮以清湯呈現,吃的就是它的原汁原味魚肉以日本的立鱗燒,把魚皮燒至豎起來,口感非常酥脆,有點不捨得切下去呢魚肉很鮮甜,雖然脂肪含量不高,不過依然鮮嫩,魚肉味清甜另外還有大蝦、青口、大蜆和帶子,全部都肉質鮮嫩,尤其是大蝦燒過更加香湯底的清湯也是以些微parsley帶出味道,雖然淡可是喝下去很舒服,而且跟整個菜式很搭,很好地襯托出所有海鮮的味道

魚肉以日本的立鱗燒,把魚皮燒至豎起來,口感非常酥脆,有點不捨得切下去呢
魚肉很鮮甜,雖然脂肪含量不高,不過依然鮮嫩,魚肉味清甜
另外還有大蝦、青口、大蜆和帶子,全部都肉質鮮嫩,尤其是大蝦燒過更加香
湯底的清湯也是以些微parsley帶出味道,雖然淡可是喝下去很舒服,而且跟整個菜式很搭,很好地襯托出所有海鮮的味道

無聽錯,starter係任食!!每款都可以叫,每款都可以再order,而且份量一啲都唔麻呼。雖然係較A La carte嘅portion少,但絕對飽肚又美味,同朋友兩個人每款都叫一份黎試下未食哂都feel到8-9成飽😆

日式炸雞非常juicy,一定要點佢地個自家製芝麻醬,非常特別,惹味又香口;鐵板炒魷魚粒粒都好厚身,又彈又chewy; 蕃茄醬汁燴牛肚牛肚夠淋,配埋麵包和芝士流心煎蛋一齊食酸酸地幾開胃。

主菜點了signature的海膽意粉,面頭蒲上鮮甜的日本赤海膽,醬汁加入大量海膽煮成,每一啖都有濃濃的creamy海膽味。其實更值得一贊係個意粉,係店舖自家製的手工意粉,只係使用了蛋和麵粉,食落又滑又彈牙,有點似烏冬的口感。薄牛肉Sukiyaki使用了A4和牛包住牛膀、芝士、菠菜,滿滿牛肉汁和蔬菜鮮甜味。

。Homemade Japanese gelato (+$18) - 原來係紅豆味嘅雪糕,紅豆和奶香味好match。

🍾 Beverage
