是日假期的最後一日,幫襯了一間位於深水埗嘅迷你Coffee Shop,佢D Cake真係睇得又打得,好似我試嘅呢款蛋糕叫做朱古力三重奏,開頭以為係用咗三種唔同嘅朱古力去整,點知問過店長之後先至知道,原來佢呢件蛋糕係仲勁D,因為係用了3種唔同技巧去做左3款唔同口感風味嘅朱古力夾層,而唔係單單用3款唔同味嘅朱古力去整就算數,真心勁。另外佢嘅蛋糕係戚風蛋糕Feel,口感軟綿綿,好鬆軟。雖然係朱古力蛋糕,但係又唔會好甜同好滯。 continue reading

自從幫襯過一次呢一間位於深水埗向長沙灣方向行少少嘅mini coffee shop之後,就深深被佢哋嘅cake吸引住,因為好睇又好食,更加重要嘅就係食嘅時候完全feel到廚師對於蛋糕製作嘅誠意同要求。就好似呢三個蛋糕為例,要砌得靚,而妻落去嘅生果同其他食材嘅味道又要互相配合到,唔會只係為咗造型夾硬砌落去為求嗰種打卡嘅效果而不理味道,始終都真係要食落肚嘅,我自己就好怕嗰啲櫃做而做為創意而創作嘅「新派」食物。 continue reading

今年6月尾時book 了7月中吃晚飯,當時知道7月menu會提供乳豬餐,於是book位時預先通知當日會order乳豬餐及請餐廳預留,怎知7月去到坐下時,被職員告之乳豬餐暫時停止供應,那刻非常失望,心中想餐廳為何不致電客人通知一聲,或許無乳豬餐未必選擇此餐廳呢!另外餐廳老闆只顧和熟客傾談,對新幫襯的顧客也沒有什麼笑容,我介紹朋友去,朋友吃完之後也有相同comments,所以覺得餐廳要注意一下待客之道。 continue reading

今朝行過呢間coffee shop竟然有開,仲有早餐食,印象中佢以前只係做午市同晚市,於是二話不說就衝咗入去碳返杯咖啡食返個早餐。佢個早餐擺盤非常之精美,非常吸睛,格仔盤六小碟入面分別有芝士火腿三文治、Caesar Salad、南瓜薯餅、台灣香腸、慢煮三文魚同埋蛋沙律Tart,六樣嘢之中當然係個慢煮三文魚最好食,因為以前試過佢嘅晚餐,知道大廚對於魚類嘅西式烹調造詣都幾高,所以個慢煮三文魚好食係expected。Caesar Salad固然好食,所以佢好味道亦都係理所當然。反而有驚喜嘅係個南瓜薯餅,本身諗住早餐呢樣嘢都係有一兩樣精美跟住就配搭啲求求其其嘅拉雜成軍,誰不知佢個南瓜蓉墊底,個南瓜蓉同個薯餅嘅味道好夾,有時睇個廚師靚唔靚除咗佢煮嘢好唔好食之外,食物同埋醬汁嘅味道配搭都非常重要。嘆埋杯cappuccino,咁就真係有個perfect嘅good morning喇。 continue reading
