是夜來了一間充滿驚喜的小餐廳,來了個性價比高的Fine Dining。檸檬芝士薄脆比目魚︰想不到魚肉能夠如此嫩滑,可能是用了Slow Cook的方式去烹調。比目魚的外層有薄薄的檸檬芝士薄脆,吃的時間有脆口的外層又有嫩滑的魚肉,令入口時很有層次感。另外我很喜歡此比目魚的汁底有小小辣,使其惹味得來又不會太重口味,達至很平衡的味道。紅菜頭汁燴和牛面頰︰牛面頰的肉質偏向鬆軟,咬下時有一種軟綿綿的感覺,紅菜頭汁酸酸的就是很開胃,很喜歡此餐廳的拌碟配菜,又新鮮又排列得很有美感。

好開心呢間Coffee Shop又可以黎食Dinner,因為深水埗區無乜呢種咁認真的西式晚餐。因為朋友係熟客,所以book位時仲要預訂左招牌菜牛小排真係超好食😋。店長姐姐話牛小排係無餐牌到既,要食就真係睇彩數,唔一定有,好彩我個friend預訂咗。牛小排仲有少少Pink肉,所以食落會嫩一D,佢D拌碟配菜我都好欣賞,好睇又好食,一路食一路感受到大廚的悉心製作。我地仲食左呢碟叫蝦蝦霸霸嘅餸,蝦汁濃郁,而且好新鮮,紅蝦刺身鮮甜,仲加埋魚子醬,一上枱忍唔住哇左一聲,因為擺盤真係好靚。就係鍾意幫襯呢D小店,用心製作,時有驚喜,唔怪得我朋友成日都話要去食。

呢一間Coffee Shop除咗杯咖啡唔錯之外,佢D Cake其實先至係焦點。好似我今日叫咗嘅呢個青蘋果蛋糕。外形真係好似成個青蘋果咁樣,其實入面就係Matcha Mousse,再加D Raspberry。酸酸地吊返個味,令到成件青蘋果蛋糕嘅味變得酸甜適中,口味偏向清爽型,食咗唔會覺得好滯。佢呢度嘅咖啡都唔錯,不過話晒係一間Coffee Shop,所以杯咖啡好飲係應份嘅。呢間餐廳雖然唔係好大間,不過勝在靜靜地幾好坐。

係網上睇見有人大推呢間餐廳既蛋糕,又咁岩有我鍾意既開心果口味,緊係要搵時間嚟試試佢啦☺️揀咗日星期五下晝嚟呢度試lunch,唔知平時繁唔繁忙,不過我哋錯開咗lunch hour,所以一到步就有位。👍嗌咗兩個lunch set,美式咖啡再加兩件蛋糕。是日餐湯係蘑菇湯,我覺得佢個蘑菇湯好好飲,有啲餐廳既蘑菇湯感覺上係好多蘑菇碎,但融入唔到個湯入面,但呢間整得好好。兩款意粉分別係:慢煮三文魚檸檬汁扁意粉明太子蟹肉蟹籽扁意粉一件好厚肉嘅三文魚,外皮再用火槍燒過,幾香脆不過最特別嘅係佢嘅意粉有好香嘅檸檬味,好清新。明太子蟹肉蟹籽意粉幾好食,蟹肉唔腥,不過食到後面都會感覺有少少漏,係呢個時候再食一啖檸檬汁意粉就感覺超fresh。開心果軟心慕絲蛋糕+開心果芝士蛋糕兩款蛋糕食落唔重開心果味,不過都好好食,特別係開心果軟心,入面係朱古力不過唔係好甜,總括黎講我覺得蛋糕比意粉出色😆店舖仲有兩隻可愛既貓貓❤️

無諗過深水埗呢D咁地道嘅地區食得到咁高質素嘅意粉,雖然Set Lunch嘅價錢上喺深水埗區黎講算係比較高,不過食過之後,無論喺材料同食物味道上面都係物超所值嘅,推介比D對食物有要求嘅朋友黎試吓。呢碟係明太子蟹肉蟹籽扁意粉,賣相靚之餘佢D食材都新鮮美味,就以佢D蟹肉為例,食落去食到一梳一梳嘅蟹肉,而唔係外間成日食到嘅科學合成蟹肉。加埋蟹籽喺上面一邊食一邊就會有咬爆蟹籽嘅口感,正。另一款意粉我地揀咗蒜香橄欖油紅蝦扁意粉,大廚所用嘅蝦新鮮,肉質彈牙,另外佢個意粉汁都好香,配埋蒜片同橄欖油食落就好Fresh。飲埋呢度嘅咖啡就係Perfect。
