有日同同事講開特別嘅菜系,佢就推薦左尖沙咀一間食正宗Pakistani Food嘅餐廳 — TRIBES。講起巴基斯坦菜🇵🇰,一定覺得主要特色係重口味同好多香料,但同事話都有特別野試!餐廳裝修感覺幾地道,入面仲不斷播mashup songs list,好有氣氛!Golggappe ($68) 印度街頭冷盤小食,擺盤好特別,係shot glasses上面擺咗六粒球,空心油炸球入面塞滿薯仔、綠豆芽、洋蔥配上綠酸湯汁,可以因應自己口味倒入凍香料湯汁,然後一啖放入口,味道好特別,非常開胃!Palak Paneer ($128) 菠菜芝士,煮到軟爛近乎醬狀嘅菠菜加上印度芝士粒,個人好鍾意芝士粒嘅口感,外面稍有烤過,咬落綿密煙韌!Chicken Makhni ($128) 奶油咖喱雞,份量大概有半隻雞切成十至十二件,咖喱味較甜唔會過分辛辣,好易入口!Garlic Naan ($38) 巨型印度薄餅,naan 係發酵過嘅麵團fing完入爐壁烤熟,所以形狀會好似水滴型咁樣。呢款naan一上枱就聞到勁重蒜香,非常鬆軟,逐少撕開再蘸醬食,一個人可以食晒成塊!強烈推薦!Pulao Rice ($48) 咖哩
