另一道主食叫左Chicken Makhni (half) $128。 佢係巴基斯坦版既咖哩雞,但就同印度菜既butter chicken唔同,佢既醬汁唔算多,亦都無咁creamy同柔滑,香料味較濃。雖然openrice對呢道菜好多好評, 但我自己就覺得還好, 我都係鍾意印度菜嘅butter chicken多啲。雞肉方面,份量都算多,亦有比雞脾同雞翼等部位,但唔算好嫩,亦都有骨,上面chicken malai tikka既雞真係嫩滑好多好多。

食印巴菜點可以少得Naan,朋友好想食Cheese Naan,於是問店員有冇,佢猶豫左兩秒,之後話We can make it for you,呢下真係好加分,覺得佢地好體貼。個Cheese Naan ($52) 亦都真係好好食,奶油味好香, 煙煙韌韌,即使唔配醬汁都好食,配上咖哩汁就又係另一番滋味,但芝士味唔算好濃,如果芝士多啲會更加分。

飲品方面, 當然要試下Mango Lassi ($48), 其實就係芒果乳酪。 杯嘢飲好大杯, 個杯好重手, 芒果味非常濃郁,酸酸甜甜,由於呢餐食左太多肉,又有Naan,呢杯Lassi實在錦上添花,太解膩了。

PS1 正如上面所講, 呢間餐廳嘅餐牌, 真係又冇中文冇英文又冇圖片,所以其實好輸蝕,亦好難吸引新客人,好希望有人幫佢地翻譯個餐牌,令到更多人知道同幫襯。但現階段大家可以睇下openrice既食評推介,或者去到叫店員推介,佢地推介既都好食

PS2 我哋一坐低,店員就比左枝樽裝水我地,我地仲擔心樽水係咪要收錢,因為餐牌上有,但最後我地因為太渴都係飲左,而最終樽水都係免費的,可能因為疫情原因,佢地先由斟水改為樽裝水

之前已經知道尖沙咀有間食傳統巴基斯坦菜嘅餐廳,名叫Tribes,今日終於有機會去試下。依度環境高雅又寧靜,絕對係同朋友相聚食飯嘅好地方。今次order左Tandoori Chicken、Chicken Makhni、Sada Roti及Garlic Naan。Tandoori Chicken係傳統印巴烤雞做法,用秘制醃料醃上半隻雞上面,然後慢煮烤焗而成,有微辣,味道濃郁且雞肉嫩滑。Chicken Makhni有大約8大份雞件,用薑炒香,加上蕃茄及咖哩等材料起鍋而成,個汁點上Sada Roti或Garlic Naan食我格外鍾意食,雞肉入晒味,正!Sada Roti就係傳統印巴做法薄餅,煙嘞有口感,食得出傳統風味。Garlic Naan係十幾吋長大烤餅,熱炙炙加埋表層牛油及蒜蓉碎食,值得推薦。

大家都知烤餅係取代米飯既一種主食,同埋沾汁食係超正!個餅本身係有蒜味!好香,好惹味!

之前係印度餐廳飲過都超甜!但佢呢度完全唔覺得甜,反而仲覺得好有真芒果味!味道一啲都唔假!

又係一個特色嘅頭盤開胃菜。一個冷盤菜,裡面有雞肉,蕃茄,洋蔥同埋一啲香料。雞肉偏咸,蕃茄酸酸甜甜,又有少少辣,食落真係幾開胃。之後因為雞肉真係太咸,點咗落啲咖哩再食,中和咗個咸味,又幾好食😋

雞胸肉煮得太老,食落有少少‘鞋’口,雞翼同雞髀就啱啱好,幾嫩滑。咖喱好濃郁!配埋個naan真係一流!
Naan是軟身的,好香口。點埋個咖哩汁一齊食,我自己一個人都可以食曬一碟naan😅

最後一定要飲 mango lassi🥭~朋友一開始說他朋友每次吃印度餐都必點這杯飲料,我一開始還不信有什麼特別🤣

一試愛上❤️芒果好甜,應該是用新鮮芒果肉加乳酪打出嚟🥭所以比較杰身,芒果味好香濃,超級好喝👍

呢道菜真係十分令人驚喜,佢烤嘅雞球。每舊都大大粒,好有口感。好明顯食得出係用碳爐烤嘅雞,但一咬落去肉汁依然豐富。佢仲配埋洋蔥同檸檬塊比你自己配搭,加左檸檬汁就更加開胃,令人食指大動。個人私心推薦,呢個真係一定要試嘅菜式啊。

飲品方面有唔同嘅果汁同埋moctail,中東菜以肉類為主,可以選擇一啲水果類嘅飲品來解膩。今次選擇左香蕉奶昔,每一啖都會食到粒粒嘅香蕉蓉,而奶唔會好濃厚偏向清新。成個口味好獨特而且好配合到菜式口味。

在香港,巴基斯坦餐廳並不多,Tribes提供正宗巴基斯坦菜餚,而且餐廳的佈置非常舒適、乾淨、寬敞有氣派。餐廳員工全都巴基斯坦人主理,老闆介紹了2⃣️道有代表性的菜餚給我們,主食就一定是我喜歡的印巴烤餅了。《Chapli kebab 》煎烤牛肉餅,賣相雖然不精緻,但香料味很突出,主要是香菜籽和我不知道的香料混合,實在太香了,味道有點辣,伴烤餅食,非常搭。《Namkeen lamb karahi 》炆羊膝,羊膝炆得軟滑有咬口,不會爛爛的,羊膝的骨髓也可以用口吸出,個人覺得口感好正,味道有點辣,醬汁濃稠,用Naan蘸著吃,特別滋味。《Naan》&《Garlic Naan》我特愛麵食,這烤餅看到已流口水,配karahi, 超愛停不了嘴。巴基斯坦的食物平實,香料多,雖然賣相沒有其他國家精緻,但勝在口感曾次多元化。

靠網上推介,點了一款香料雞,感覺跟平時印度香料或咖哩相似,深黃色外觀,半隻雞的雞件數目多,有雞翼和雞脾近部位,食落嫩滑,煮得入味,香料口感偏濃,但容易接受,跟濃郁咖哩差不多,個人很喜歡。

=Chapli Kabab Half Plate $120=
另一款主菜就是南亞連鎖餐廳食過的香料烤牛肉餅,外表深啡色,食落跟中式肉餅差不多,而牛肉經過高溫烤煮,食落脆邊口感,加上香料調味,又不會太鹹,有綠色的薄荷辣汁和酸忌廉汁給客人自行調味,香口惹味。

平時食naan,印度餐廳會切成細片去烤,今次用上原塊naan再烤,上菜時超大塊,而且蒜油味香噴噴,是今餐的靈魂所在!首先趁新鮮熱辣即食,香口又脆邊,味道蒜味濃郁,跟平常中式菜式都接近,而最精華就是點配香料雞的醬汁,兩者很搭配。

因為食了不少香料食物,最地道就要飲lassi,芒果味濃,唔會太甜或太酸,解香料味一流,食南亞菜一定要飲。
