話時話我出左名"路盲",但好在一有好野食0既地方,我就點都識去,下午去完再興,行到咁上0下,又到晚飯時間,就去左話用魚湯離餚粥底0既靠得住;黃沙潤泥鯭粥(去骨)(好似$30)----黃沙潤切得厚薄剛好,又夠大塊很有口感但就無嘜味,亦唔係幾夠黃沙,不過講真,自己買都要撞手神,魚就熟左D,而粥底就幾HOME-MADE,因為無味精所以會淡少少,魚湯味亦唔算好突出! 鮮鯇魚皮($35)-----凍凍的,非常爽脆,與椒絲蔥絲夾住一起吃,我鍾意!

利東街重建,呢度就舊舖搬新舖。這裡是杏花樓的舊址,第一日開張就來幫襯,門口有很多花籃也未移走。餐牌都是以粥為主,不過而家仲加埋魚湯,直頭將個粥底搬上面來賣,當然如果做得好,是長賣長有的一條產品線。當然叫碗招牌黃沙潤粥,加碟白灼魚皮。雖然無咩人客,不過碗黃沙潤粥都要等左一輪至有得食,可見烹煮須時。碗粥賣相不錯,幾片豬潤大大塊的浸在粥面。吃一片豬潤,雖然不算厚,但口感非常好,內裡有點溶化的感覺,味道鮮甜又濃郁,內裡雖然有一點點的筋膜,但肯定是新鮮貨色,而豬潤的厚薄及烹調時間拿握得非常好,相當之有水準。一碗粥有五大片豬潤,吃過夠本;粥底仍然是以魚湯做膽,所以不會很綿,是偏稀的。味道鮮甜,亦非常之好。比較起附近的李景,這裡無論是粥底及粥料都猶有過之。這個黃沙潤粥,是絕對「靠得住」;鯇魚皮爽脆,加入大量蔥絲及薑絲同吃,伴以醬油,是美味非常,收35蚊一碟雖然有點貴,但都一樣食得過。阿姐服務不錯,有求必應,要多蔥真的比了幾多蔥,這一項亦比李景強,一讚。埋單60蚊,不算平,但食得過,起碼在灣仔及銅鑼灣區要找一碗有水準的粥來吃,這裡是不二選。也對這裡的魚湯有所期望,睇下幾時又來試埋。

(8/10/05)今次帶男友家人來試,我當然毫不考慮,揀泥鯭粥。果然係好鮮甜,不過泥鯭肉份量唔係好多。粥身稀了點,平常人應該覺得o岩o岩好。而豬潤牛肉粥,是杰身點,濃味點。世伯好欣賞那碟,得兩"住"的炒麵,所以叫左兩碟。聽熟客同店員傾計,日頭D粥稀D,夜點的粥會杰D,又係噃!可能由於舊區重建,牆上貼左紙,話11月3號會搬去克街喎,大家留意喇。

(14/9/05)好耐之前睇雜誌, 同好朋友來食過, 都覺得唔錯。咪帶男友來吃。原本想食泥鯭粥$20(睇之前食評寫$25啊), 但怕好多骨, 才揀鯪魚球粥, 粥底雖唔算綿, 但真係好香, 食完無"確"喉。鯪魚球都好味, 軟熟, 亦有陳皮味。男友吃豬潤粥, 我唔食豬潤, 望落去都幾滑, 唔會煮得太耐而"鞋"口。粥底亦俾豬潤染得濃味。叫左碟冬菇椰菜炒麵, 嘩...以為加DD冬菇椰菜炒, 變得有D卓頭, 同一般豉油皇炒麵唔同, $10得o個兩"住", 又唔係特別好食, 千祈唔好上當。食食下睇下d牆上嘅紙, 原來泥鯭粥是"拆肉"泥鯭粥啊!仲有如果來食野, 係唔可以吸煙、唔可以見客洽談、唔可以浄食糉...一隻糭都$15啦, 炒麵$10。點解唔話「唔可以淨食炒麵」呢?

15-7-2005 1310今日中午時份特別熱,又要行快兩步,行遠少少去搵野食,之後拿拿聲返公司搏老命。來到差唔多已經係1點鐘,人一點也不少,一條友都要等一陣,一坐底諗緊食乜野之餘,睇下老版點樣控制店內的秩序,包括唔俾人大大聲講公事兼不雅說話,該位女仕好想用對眼打佢一鑊金。最終只係點了白鱔粥勁多,粥用魚湯煲,少少綿,冇乜味精,白鱔好爽,口感相當不對,唯獨係欠缺魚的獨特味道:腥味。其他食客好多都有點新鮮魚皮,可惜一個的力量始終差的。

以下是我引述另一食評之食客評語,覺得十分貼切"入面班人個個都寸過碼頭咕喱,咁既料子就想學人"店大欺客"" "今時今日仲咁寸,等執笠" --- 唯一可取的地方是就腳方便shopping又不用走到上環或Sogo後的"利苑",粥底真是用魚湯煲有鮮味但稍嫌稀,吃過魚腩,豬潤,泥蜢和鯪魚球粥,都不錯。要不是穿得比較好,他們只敢眼定定的看著我(因我老公先來留了一個坐位給我,但我遲到.但入門口時以sa lump),但我之前來的數次都覺得他們對客人的態度十分差. 都會繼續幫襯,因為週圍很難找到稍有水準的"生滾粥".
