金錢肚味道同口感都好好,係份量可以多少少🤏

糯米雞餸就少左啲,可以嘅話建議試下蒸飯!

最後唯一唔推薦嘅就係小籠包、餡料太少無肉汁啲皮亦偏厚🥲
下次我會留肚食甜品,見老闆娘推啲芝麻卷出嚟見到唔錯😀

今日同朋友一行2人嚟開花墟買花,想搵間坐得舒服嘅舖頭傾下偈。諗起佢搬舖後好耐無嚟幫襯,一於嚟飲啖茶嘆吓點心😂原來間舖都幾大,座位都闊落。我哋叫咗蝦餃、燒賣呢啲一定唔少得啦!值得一讚個蝦餃彈牙,食得出蝦係靚貨,唔馬虎,真正做到皮薄餡靚喎👍🏻 燒賣餡比例都啱,唔會好似出面啲酒樓咁成口肥肉。我哋仲叫咗棉花雞同菜苗餃,棉花雞就正常不過不失咁啦,菜苗餃就有驚喜喎,隻隻非常飽滿,皮好薄,睇相都應該見到😆菜同蝦嘅比例都好啱,算幾好食😋

去花墟買嘢,行到街尾見到有一間好似幾大間嘅新式點心店,見啲點心價錢差唔多就試吓。 入到裏面見得幾張枱有客,不過諗住也是快食,所以也OK吧! 一坐低就已經放上一壺茶,但係茶唔熱又冇茶味,以為唔使茶錢所以係咁,點知原來是要收茶錢的。 不過奇怪在見到另一張遲入嚟客,佢又有問人飲咩茶,真奇怪。 用點心牌mark完點心後,唔使1分鐘,就上咗個蒸飯,但係啲飯係唔熱。 另外店裏面冷氣十分唔夠,基本上只得少少涼風感覺。鳳爪排骨飯細盅唔熱,只係暖,排骨夠大粒,不過冇嘜味糯米雞都係唔熱,只係暖,裏面啲飯太濕,叉燒好重雪味蝦餃味道係最正常嗰款,夠熱餡都多牛肉腸粉粉皮算滑,但餡料少,不過裏邊加咗馬蹄口感都幾特別山竹牛肉味道不過不失總括嚟講依幾款點心味道一般,但除咗蝦餃同山竹牛肉熱之外,其他也只是暖。 旺角太子咁多選擇,應該都冇下次。

最近到訪了太子一家人氣手工點心小店,蒸點特別推薦徐記蝦餃皇 ($33),外皮晶瑩透薄,蝦仁爽口!雪山叉燒包 ($26) 也有驚喜,新鮮出爐很燙手,甜甜的叉燒配搭鬆軟的麵包,一流!養顏豬腳薑 ($78)也很美味,這款雖特別貴,但非常夠薑味,豬腳份量也頗多,齊集酸甜辣味,非常開胃!喜歡香口點心的話,不妨試試鮮蝦腐皮卷 或春卷,足料又炸得很脆,兩款裡面加了些香芹粒,我個人不太喜歡,不過朋友們就覺得很出色。⁡這裡還有平時少見的點心,如茶粿、芫茜天婦羅、合桃馬拉糕等。整體價錢中等,不過留意有些點心價錢特別貴。假日午市來到等位約十五分鐘,閒時想飲茶都是個不錯的地方!

喜歡香口點心的話,不妨試試鮮蝦腐皮卷 或春卷,足料又炸得很脆,兩款裡面加了些香芹粒,我個人不太喜歡,不過朋友們就覺得很出色。
