說两人也可以吃四至五人的套餐($498),D雞又實,通菜應該炒定放在一邊很久了,豆腐又實,白果猪肚湯淡而無味,只有碟梅菜扣肉還可以食,個女待應機乎每枱客人都叫你只能下四人餐(好像迫你),聽到別枱叫啤酒,個女待應只說要等等才能帮你下單(太忙了)。。。。。服務態度極差,又嘈,地方環境污糟邋遢,洗手間因超Dirty,两個人埋單要$570。絕對不會見議去吃,和我絕不會再去佐敦醉琼樓吃了,這也怪不得很多香港人去深圳吃喝玩樂了

果然香港夜經濟死了, 入座時間冇講到明要9:00收工, 晚上7:30齊人, 8:15 已經不停話要last order,8:45 已經走埋嚟執嘢俾壓力你,又停冷氣,又話我哋最後一枱,又話九點幾就要閂門,最後我地經不起壓力9:00準時要離場,麻煩請更改一下你們的營業時間😓. 明明資料係講11點收工,以前都係差唔多時間,今晚如果你同我講9:00收工,我唔會入嚟食🤬🤬,幫襯左咁多年,應該係最後一次唔會再嚟食了!

有朋友從外地來港, 想吃香港的地道菜,我們找到附近有間醉瓊樓, 我們三個人大約六點鐘去到,由於我腳痛,不坐樓上, 當時一個客人都未有, 原坐一張較好的枱,侍應也招呼我們坐低, 所以這張枱並冇人訂座,但馬上遭到一位坐輪椅 (後得知他是老闆) 的男子馬上要我們離開那枱,並安排我們坐樓梯底的枱, 原打算宴客,點知坐張好差的枱,並且一路食一路被人催促埋單,八點已經被催食完未,但係我見隔離枱八點半都係啱啱上菜, 原本個餐有糖水送的,我埋單時問係唔係有糖水,跟住佢話冇, 但我哋見到隔離枱全部都有糖水! 第一次幫襯,對這間店非常失望,給我們很差的印象,也不知道他們怎樣開六十幾年! 正所謂上樑不正下樑歪,有一位這樣的老闆,難怪啲夥記服務態度都咁差! 請大家如果要去那裏一定要三思! 我從來唔會寫評語,今次是我在openrice第一次寫評語,因為昨晚給我們留下一個非常差的印象! 唔想因為有人因為佢哋開咗六十幾年而幫襯,就算啲食物有幾好食,那裏的人非常差,環境也非常差和污糟 ,記得連廁所門都閂唔到!

飲豬肚湯總係要加糊椒粉,更加惹味.

同街邊果D撻小小魚肉就叫釀豆腐嘅劣質貨相比,枱上哩碟釀豆腐嘅魚肉足料得多,而且豆腐軟滑,只係魚肉上無加上鹹魚,外公教我地整釀豆腐,魚肉豬肉要加入鹹魚先正宗!

當然要用靚鹹魚啦!

鹽焗雞過火咗少少,有少少柴口.

梅菜入味送飯一流,扣肉入口即溶,豬肉部位有少少乾身柴口.

店內有部人手操作嘅細升降機,係樓上樓下傳遞餸菜用,到達時發出舊款電機嘅響聲,響到成間店都聽到!

但哩種懷舊聲音好懷念,同醉瓊樓老香港味超夾,湧現不少兒時回憶!

在香港可超過五,六十年食店巳買少見少,醉瓊樓可算是奇葩,這食店不是懷舊,是舊,是舊得全無改變,只是人面全非,小時到此店的記憶,全因這食店全無改變而腦裡現。小時候覺得好吃的現在也變得普通,食物不精緻,可是吃到卻是小時候的味道,也就是回憶。尤其白果胡椒豬肚湯,奶白色厚濃湯水,白果甘香豬肚軟,讓我回味無窮,小時愛吃的炸大腸則覺欠了些味兒,也有些炸得過火,盬焗雞夠香可惜肉質較老,乾炸讓荳腐對我這些愛吃香口食物的人绝對是滿分。梅菜扣肉仍是這店最好味的,梅菜和汁讓不吃飯的我也吃了碗飯。雖各類菜色味道只可說中規中舉,店舖也舊,雖則如此我仍會再來幫襯,因這還吃到回憶。

懷舊客家菜 - 醉瓊樓飯店 (佐敦) 這點已屹立在佐敦西貢街已不知多少年。我只記得由小時開始已不時去光顧,而每一次都會吃梅菜扣肉。 疫情爆發後只去過一次。餓了那麼久,現在可8人一枱便快快訂位,嘗嘗邪惡的梅菜扣肉 😈 我們今晚是吃套餐的 - 叫套餐很方便,因他已包括最熱門的餸菜。頭炮是胡椒白果豬肚湯 - 胡椒味很重,很醒胃。再來一個很大的拼盤 - 我掛著吃鮮艷和炸得很脆的炸大腸,忘了吃其他,只記得好像還有咕嚕肉 ... 下一味是必吃的鹽焗雞 - 他的肉很滑,也很咸香。之後就是主打的梅菜扣肉,入口即溶。很邪惡,但你一定要和肥肉一起吃,最好送白飯。減肥? 明天才減。其他菜式有美果鮮蝦仁、客家炆豆腐、草菇扒西蘭花 & 鴨掌扒生菜 (開始有點像去飲宴)  最後一道菜是油浸筍殼魚 - 魚很新鮮,炸到脆卜卜,感覺生猛。 到這些老店最開心的地方是那種無拘無束的感覺。每味菜鑊氣夠,以實力取勝,我們也吃得很盡興!!順帶一提, 套餐還包括飯和炆伊麵、兩瓶啤酒、汽水, 還有很夠火喉的綠豆沙,真的是超值。如有多人聚會,可以考慮到這店,坐他們的閣樓,自成一角,怎樣吵都沒問題!支持本地老店!

醉瓊樓是客家老店,今晚專程過來佐敦試下餐廳的鹽焗雞。因為是尊程為鹽焗雞而來,所以坐下不用考慮,就點了半隻鹽焗雞及要了個蒜蓉炒菜心。金牌鹽焗雞半隻$160,看落不會很肥,顏色顯得帶金金黃黃,都很吸引,食落口感比較腍,不覺得是新鮮雞般的口感,但價錢應該是新鮮雞的價錢,食落帶少少咸香,專程過來食,鹽焗味就感覺有點失望。

今日同幾個同事要出去佐敦做嘢,經過這間老字號客家中菜館,勾起很多兒時回憶,於是決定去吃個午飯懷緬一下。我哋幾個同事每人叫咗一個客飯,客飯價錢都幾相宜,平均40至$50左右。沙薑雞飯都係$50 ,雞肉嫩滑,點埋沙薑汁勁正。其他客飯就一般般,沒有特別驚喜,就是普普通通的碟頭飯,味道還可以。
