The torisoba was quite good. The soba was springy and the chicken "char siu" was tender. The soup was as rich as it looks but maybe they added just a tad more salt to it than they should so it just tasted a bit salty to make it a perfect ramen, hence my title that they should be more confident in their broth. Sometimes, less is more.

另外一兩款係拌麵

坦白講係有啲失望嘅🥲
雖然價錢唔算貴
但對過江龍呢個旗號係有啲期望嘅…
可惜味道同口感都只係一般
原味湯底唔算濃
麵底嘅蕎麥拉麵唔算彈牙好咬口
檸檬牛油味係特別少少
不過其實都只係原味底再加片檸檬同一塊牛油俾你
唯一出乎意料地好食嘅係隻蛋🥹

今日試咗一間算係新開嘅拉麵店,賣點係日本近期好興嘅雞白湯,叫咗一碗黎試,另外再加一個小食,都幾好味。個雞白湯嘅雞味都算幾濃,我覺得最神奇嘅地方係冇雞油,真係好難得。入面嘅餸除咗相入面見到嘅蔥同埋溫泉蛋之外,其實仲有一啲雞肉,雞肉似係雞胸位不過又煮得好嫩,又唔會韌。佢個面都做得幾好,好有彈性加小小煙韌,又唔會俾啲湯浸到林pat pat。小食就叫咗炸雞,炸得幾香脆,而且又係無乜肥肉,塊皮好香口,忍唔住食咗少少。

先說湯頭,牛油味太出,反令雞味不突出。有點後悔沒叫原味那款。🥲
但口感是厚身。👍🏻
檸檬味可因應想要的酸度要去篤,建議多篤會比較有清新感。🍋
溫泉蛋正常發揮。🥚

見到有少見的白松露油,當然要試一下,要很重的菌味。如喜歡實屬可多加。但也是雙刃刀。因為味道太有個性了。🍄

明過於實,見到過江龍先嚟試一試點知中伏.雞得過兩舊,啲麵份量極少.完全唔值98元.去大角咀食其他拉麵好過啲湯唔夠熱,流心蛋中下,個心仲係凍叫咗擔擔麵湯底,唔知點樣擔擔麵,冇乜花生味.服務員叫我定兩滴白松露,係好味咗啲啲但係似食意粉多啲

我見呢間嘢喺奧海城啱啱開咗,就諗住過去試吓睇吓有咩特別啦,因為聽講係雞白湯拉麵都幾出名,咁就係一個平日lunch過去試咗,叫咗個招牌雞白湯拉麵。 但係好老實講,食完之後係有少少失望,先講佢個湯底,佢個雞白湯真係好普通,純粹覺得好重口味同埋得個鹹字。個蛋同埋拉麵就正正常常啦,但係好老實咁大碗拉麵剩係得兩塊好細舊嘅雞片,完全係冇肉食。所以overall嚟講冇咩必要專登過嚟試,我諗我自己亦都唔會再去第二次。

本來很高分卻因為吃完口喝被扣掉分數今晚去咗奧海城新店月詠食拉麵,店址原是展覽商場發展商的示範單位,不知是否樓市低迷而被拆做餐廳,商店和戲院。我們點了一個牛油檸檬雞白湯拉麵,一個擔擔拉麵,和一個溫泉蛋飯。拉麵和飯都相當好吃,白湯清新,擔擔湯底初時不錯,但麵食到一半會覺得湯越來越偏鹹。而雞肉很滑,湯麵嘅蛋,葱花都很不錯。意想不到的是溫泉蛋飯很好吃,蛋和飯混和配料很配合,總之就好吃。然而因為兩款拉麵吃完都很口喝,相信店家要非常注意這一點,不然難以點擊回頭率。

平時唔太喜歡食拉麵, 因為覺得一般的豬骨湯拉麵個湯底好肥好油, 早排經過奧海城見到呢間新開的日本過江龍鹿兒島拉麵店係用雞湯做湯底, 個樣都幾吸引, 就入去試下啦. 我點咗一碗檸檬牛油雞白湯拉麵 ($98), 再加幾個小食同老公 share.我都係第一次食拉麵加檸檬, 估唔到又幾夾喎, 酸酸地有陣陣清香的味道, 個雞湯底打到起泡, 好濃郁, 又滑溜, 兩片慢煮日本雞肉軟腍入味, 仲有成隻溏心蛋, 麵質彈牙, 好食!另外幾個小食都有驚喜, 尤其是個雞皮餃子 ($48), 酥脆香口, 好特別. 日式香酥雞珍 ($58) 份量都幾多, 好爽口, 調味恰到好處, 一口接一口追住食. 月揚庵魚餅 ($48) 係鹿兒島名物, 我之前去鹿兒島旅行都有買返黎做手信, 一路食D回憶返晒黎, 攪到我好想即刻飛返轉添.
