第二味就係蒸頭腩, 我覺得最巧廚師既就係時間既控制, 蒸太耐既話會好UN
但係呢味係蒸得岩岩好, 頭腩既味道完全唔腥, 而且冇骨, 岩哂我地呢D懶人食

在灣仔上班已兩年多了,想吃的餐廳大多也吃過了,就是沒吃過鄰近的東園,所以今天決定和同事試試。午市時段人山人海,幸好我們 12點半就到了。滬江小籠包 ($27) 比平時的小籠包大,裡面滿載著湯汁。我用筷子吉破,然後先把燙口的湯汁啜光,再把小籠包放在口裡。做到皮薄餡靚又多汁確實不簡單,這個是必吃之選喔!黑松露海鮮餃 ($33) 其實和蝦餃很相似,但這個的皮較厚,而黑松露味道也不算太特岀。勝在蝦肉大粒入味,而且還爽口彈牙。吃厭蝦餃的可試試。客家鹹茶粿 ($27) 比較小機會吃,當然要吃吧。煙韌又腍的外皮包著很多花生在內,味道鹹鹹甜甜很有趣。剁椒蒸大魚頭 ($52) 真的超正。魚肉新鮮鮮嫩,而魚暈蒸得又入味滑溜,配上辣椒汁,味道十分惹味。但因含有大量辣椒,所以不吃辣的就建議不要試了。最後點了什菌淮山浸菜苗 ($68) 清清腸胃,味道清淡,還有很多淮山和香菇,確實足料。

一打開, 嘩了一聲! 蟹膏真的很多很多!! 除了鮮紅色的蟹膏外, 整隻蟹都有着泥黃色的黃油膏, 咬下去真的非常鮮甜, 整個口腔都是滿滿蟹膏的清香, 個人覺得這款蟹都已經好好吃, 下次一定要再試極品的那款, 相信一定會有更大的驚喜!
