今日要去將軍澳做嘢,朋友介紹呢間飲茶,特登訂檯試試。星期日有分兩輪,我就食1:30。當日中午好爆,爆到餐廳出面𨋢旁邊都放左兩張枱,如果呢間係五星酒店入面既餐廳,好似唔太得睇。講返食物先食物方面叫咗:蝦餃,黑松露野菌餃,叉燒腸,金錢肚(無影相),梅菜蒸菜心(無影相)📸先講咗有影相既蝦餃大大粒,餃皮都做得唔錯,晶瑩,口感正常,不過同其他高級酒店中菜蝦餃比,係厚咗小小。蝦新鮮,起碼入面有一粒蝦,蝦肉都爽脆。黑松露野菌餃呢個好清新,瓜菜同黑松露既比例岩岩好,黑松露唔會太搶鏡,仲食到瓜菜既甜,好食。今次點心最好食係呢個蜜汁叉燒腸粉,腸粉拉得好薄,叉燒大粒有口感,甜甜的。我一個食咗大半碟跟住到無影相既食物…沙嗲金錢肚大大塊,蒸得好冧,但沙嗲醬有啲咸咗少少。梅菜蒸菜心呢個係大餐牌叫,我expect酒店中菜廳會用菜心苗同埋擺盆靚啲。但拎到過嚟就好似梅菜湯菜心…菜心仲有小小老值得一提嘅係呢度會用機械人送餐,幾得意Overall點心都唔錯,假日黎飲茶要預早訂位一定。

Tsz Yuen Hin in Crowne Plaza Hotel is my favourite restaurant in TKO. The Peking roasted duck has the quality at the same time it is one of the cheapest in HK. Using honey as the dip sauce is also interesting. The deep fried pork ribs with shrimp sauce and the salted egg shrimp are two best dishes for drinking beer.

一家三口,兩大人一個3歲小朋友。早幾日喺 openrice 訂咗位星期日中午12:30,前一晚miss咗酒店打嚟 confirm booking 嘅call. 於是第二朝11點打返去話confirm 會嚟,聽電話嘅人話好呀無問題,跟住openrice 嘅booking 喺11:54AM被酒店取消咗…唔緊要,去到入面其實大把位。侍應帶緊我地入去之際,仲叮囑我地要90分鐘內交枱…. 我明白可能係公司叫佢地咁樣同客講,不過入面根本大把吉枱,正常都會睇情況… 仲叫人90分鐘內要還枱真係不免令人「下….」咗一聲…一坐低,先生想叫壺「菊普」,我聽到侍應A仲同侍應B講,俾壺「普洱」佢哋得架啦…. 跟住當然嚟咗壺普洱,我哋再同佢講要壺「菊普」,最後嚟咗壺「鐵觀音」,真係超搞笑…環境幾好,坐得舒服,枱與枱距離正常。嘢食我哋叫左蝦餃、奶皇包、酥炸蝦球、瑤柱蛋白炒飯等,水準正常,但真心一個點心收$70幾蚊,一個炒飯收$200幾蚊嚟講,我哋其實大把選擇,顧客所期待嘅絕對唔係呢個質素嘅服務!無下次!

依稀記得這一間中菜廳,大約已有五至六年沒有來,踏入眼前的一刻跟記憶中別無多樣,一早在OpenRice訂上位子,準時入座。。。午市時段大部份點三又$68起跳,有少量點心會加入為三款合併點心,可以HK$118優惠價剔選三款~蝦餃HK$68 .正正常常如果要我具體一些來說,比坊間很多酒店式的體積,還要大些少,不過蝦餃皮就略為厚身,而且蝦餃餡切得太碎,未能真正吃到一粒或半粒完整的蝦肉~⭐️⭐️⭐️珍寶蝦腸粉HK$88 .顧名思義蝦肉本身很大隻,而且入口爽,雖然明知是雪藏,但口感以贏了不少,腸粉皮亦都拉得夠滑~⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️黃金香煎小米糕HK$60 .這款點心自己就覺得有點像馬拉糕的變奏版,不過口感較輕,底層用上脆米視覺上沒有那麼單調~⭐️⭐️⭐️蜜汁叉燒 Hk$188 .好多時坊間的酒店都要二、三佰起跳一份叉燒,這裏只不過HK$200有找,但自己就覺得未係心目中喜歡的那一類型,色澤比較白及淺,雖然都屬於採用梅頭部份,但這一碟就較為瘦削,差不多只有丁點兒脂肪,口感上(較瘦)⭐️⭐️海班豆苗餃HK$68 .這一個自己覺得值得推介,每一單都有魚肉,而且非常飽滿,以這個價位實在(抵吃)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️雪菜火鴨絲炆米Hk$268 .

懷舊芝麻卷,這一款我就奉勸大家千其不用剔,因為完全不是狀態,芝麻卷,理應是一圈又一圈,視覺分明,這一個完全是堆疊在一起,而且口感有別於懷舊芝麻卷☆

以當日而言整體上自己覺得打分上可以給予90分以上,出菜點心時間恰好沒有久等,而且禮貌周周,不過差不多2:30期間職員已問及有否在要加單,之後便呈上埋單紙給我們,可能係時間落場,亦都可能是他們的工作上安排。

放假之便,本想好好嘆茶,選了這家五星酒店的粵菜廳。平心而論,食物可以,價錢也不便宜。但接待服務卻奇差,平日早上11:45一開門就到,只得我們和前面一位客人,他只是查詢日後訂位事宜,接待員只顧斷斷續續答覆,攪了三、四分鐘,望也不望我們一眼,完全零意願和意識先處理久候的我們入座。我們稍一催促,就一句頂五句,到經理出來,果然「名師出高徒」,再回敬你八句,總之他們有自家規矩。所以,如果你有被虐的特殊癖好,應該滿意,否則的話,避之則吉。

🦀 Hairy Crab Feast (5 course) - launched this year & must book in advance, each get 3 hairy crabs with choice of steamed/steamed with chrysanthemum🌼 Filled with crab roe & so scrumptious. Definitely need to reserve some more time to eat this. Fried rice with crab roe is flavourful filled with prawns, crab meat & roe. Red date ginger tea served was v spicy🔥No dessert in this set but u won’t actually need it 😂 No 15% off on offer due to this being a seasonal menu

✨Abalone Feast - Some opted for this set so there’s a variety of food. Highlights: abalone soup so hearty & nutritious, Australian abalone (兩頭) in oyster sauce, generally soft w/ slight chew, and stone pot abalone rice, so flavourful & kept hot 🔥This set has 2 desserts, sesame soup & custard mochi. Good value with 15% off (even on a Friday night!)

我們大學畢業三十多年了,近年都在這裡飯聚,雖然價錢偏貴,食物質素一般,沒有什麼特色菜,而且偏遠。但環境和服務態度很不錯,所以繼續 光顧。上個月來,我們因為人多要分為兩枱,被要求先做快速測試,合理的,只是我忘記了。然後,Reception的知客叫我去樓下停車場去做"快速測試",我問在那裡,他們說不清。結果我在樓下找了十分鐘,沒有指示牌,沒有人帶,沒有侍應或任何服務員可以詢問,連大門外賣部的人都說不知道,最後發現原來在停車場最入的一個昏暗角落中,非常遠、超熱又污穢,沒有人,沒有光。到我完成後,已經是十五分鐘,而且全身是汗水,兼一肚火,朋友在等我。問題,為甚麼不可以在餐廳中的洗手間做呢?不能入的話,可以在餐廳附近間一個小區方便客人喔?是次經驗很差,相信以後都不會在去。Esther Lee

Eating here is, from start to finish, a greater experience by far than the other eateries in the same hotel. It seems the service staff, interior designers and everything in-between got all the funding. But to be honest I'm confused as to why business is so good here.
They have a good range of options on their menu and nothing on it to my knowledge as a regular is necessarily shockingly disappointing. On some occasions even their garlic stir fried broccoli, poached chicken and shrimp dumplings are surprisingly good. Unfortunately that chicken dish is now gone from the menu, and the other two aforementioned ought to be much cheaper.
In fact that's the catch here, the price. For the money spent, eating here should be identical to what you'd expect at a five star hotel renowned restaraunt, but honestly most dishes are sadly home-cooking level.
Living nearby I'm often trapped by convenience to eat here but given the voice I avoid it.

等了幾星期,終於有天可以同老婆開心出黎食餐飯,唸住食好d ,所以來了酒店裡的餐廳,紫粵軒食中菜。由於費事煩,直接點了個Happy Meal 套餐($418/head) ,點知就出事了....七點半點菜,不斷催促再催促下,七點九,八點,八點三,最後八點半才上第一度前菜,已經等到沒心情了,然後,八點九才開始以慢速上菜...真的很不是味兒....最後等到九點半才上完最後一度菜。真的花了兩小時多,才以吃快餐的速度完成進食。是一次很不愉快的經歷....
