叫咗二人餐。首先先來一個刺身:甜蝦非常新鮮,三文魚都夠肥美,仲有蟹柳沙律。麵豉湯夠濃味,味道唔錯,有豆腐及海草。主菜叫咗三文魚扒,三文魚扒煎得剛剛好,而且有兩塊,份量都唔錯。味道調味亦都做得幾好。套餐仲有大蝦,大蝦新鮮爽口,非常好食!食得出好新鮮,肉質鮮甜!蝦頭仲有啲蝦膏。炒豚肉極都整得幾出色,豚肉肥瘦適中,而且有點生姜燒風味,加埋啲洋蔥,好食!之後到煙肉炒飯,炒飯炒得夠乾身夠香,成碗食晒。最後仲有個炒雜菜,炒雜菜夠甜,好食。甜品係雪糕,食完之後真係好豐富。

然後是牛柳粒,其實不少日式放題店都有蒜片牛柳粒這道菜式,不過很多放題店都弄得不好吃,又硬又不新鮮,這裡的牛柳粒完全沒有這個現象。牛柳粒每一件的大小都剛好,肉味香濃,非常juicy
大概是我近年吃過最好吃的牛柳粒了。客人也可自行加上蒜片或沾上蒜蓉粒,會令牛柳粒更惹味。

到最後來了煙肉黃金炒飯,師傅再次為我們添上美味又漂亮的蟹籽作裝飾
常常都覺得在鐵板燒專門店吃炒飯別有一番風味,在這裡也是一樣的,煙肉被師傅切至很碎的一顆顆,炒飯經過鐵板的燃燒變得熱辣辣又新鮮,兩者成了組合簡直「冇得輸」。

主食就大概食完,之後就食煙肉炒飯,啲飯粒喺鐵板上不斷彈吓彈吓,就知道個炒飯係何咁粒粒分明,加埋煙肉既油份,呢個炒飯真係得鐵板燒先做到呢個效果😚

最後就係炒野菜,佢主要係椰菜,好爽脆同埋好大份吓,食咗一半都已經夠晒皮了,食埋個雞蛋布甸就大功告成👏🏻👏🏻
