Baked Alaska dessert is a perfect to cap off meal, it is a modern twist on a classic dish, featuring a rich and creamy mango ice cream center surrounded by a fluffy meringue shell and showered with flamed Caetano's Cachaca

Overall, as a mussels lover, my experience at Uma Nota was exceptional. The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing, and the service was outstanding. Uma Nota is definitely worth many visits.

Menus shows this summer limited dinner set promotion. This set includes both NIGIRI and ROLLS & TEMAKI, this fusion cuisines mixed Japanese style and Brazil, full of variousness. For Nigiri, there are Hamachi,Salmon, Tuna, Prawn Tarte and Crab Meat with crispy rice. My favourite pick is Salmon, very tasty and topping with black tobiko, so fresh. The set also includes rolls, like avocado rolls, tuna rolls and tempura. Tempura rolls is amazing, the prawn tempura together with cucumber and mango sauce, the whole set is really highly recommended.

They cooked up just right in Tonkatsu way and stuffed with tender chunks of octopus. Then they hit it with some savory mayonnaise sauce and bonito flakes. The CASQUINHA DE ATUM started with a crispy cone made from black sesame and stuffed it with tender chunks of fresh tuna that had been cooked to perfection and seasoned just right with some dope spices. They topped it off with some creamy avocado and tobiko for a little extra flavor and texture.

It smelled so good that I could smell it from the other tables. It was so tempting that we had no idea it was just veggies. The presentation was so on point that we thought it was some fancy soufflé pancake or something. But nope, just some bomb-ass roasted cauliflower that tasted even better than it smelled. They roasted it up just right, so it had this crispy outside and tender, flavorful inside. But here's the kicker: they added this Brazilian marinade and vegan mayo that took it to a whole new level. It brought out all the natural flavors of the cauliflower and made it super satisfying.

The steak was a 21-day aged rib eye, making it richer, beefier, and more tender than standard steaks. It was cooked to absolute perfection, with this sear on the outside that locked in all the juicy goodness on the inside. It just melted in your mouth. There was a notable difference in every bite. They served it up with some karashi mustard, yakiniku sauce, togarashi, and shiso salt that brought all kinds of flavors to the party. And here's the thing: the beef was already so flavorful that you didn't even need to season it. But if you were feeling extra fancy, you could go ahead and add some extra seasoning. Either way, this steak was a total winner in my book.

To wrap up this awesome brunch, they brought out this massive dessert platter with cheesecake of yogurt flavour, passion fruit creme brulee, scoops of coconut and caramel ice cream, and all kinds of fresh fruits. It got me so hyped. If you had a sweet tooth, this platter was where it was at.

很飽之際,服務員甜品送上,看到精緻的一大盤,胃口馬上又來了。雪糕是自家製的椰子🥥雪糕和焦糖雪糕,低甜香濃,非常高質。熱情果奶凍極致綿密滑溜,還有口感輕盈的乳酪芝士蛋糕🧀,加上數塊水果解膩,🥺簡直讓我整天幸福起來。

炸軟殼蟹三明治看來極為可口,厚度也是挺驚人的,必須張大口食用才行。軟殼蟹好吃的關鍵是其炸功和瀝油功夫,這軟殼蟹炸得非常好,完美詮釋甚麼叫做「外酥內軟」,吃得到蟹肉的鮮甜。隱藏版功臣不得不提胡椒柚子涼拌椰菜,與軟殼蟹極登對,亦把布莉歐串在一起。

我本來就愛吃魚,Uma Nota的白魚烤得也太漂亮了,魚皮脆脆的,肥嫩的白魚無骨刺,充斥汪洋的肉汁,每一口都是嫩口的魚肉,光細嚐白魚的香與甜,讓人迅速就想秒掉整塊魚肉。

剛烤好的甜薯熱呼呼的,有點燙,從甜薯的剖面可以清楚看見甜薯的纖維,甜薯組織內部頗為鬆綿,甜絲絲的,配上炭烤的香氣,甜薯不賴的吃。

節日甜品以焦糖和百香果為主調,分別有焦糖雪糕、百香果雪糕、焦糖蛋糕、百香果布甸及水果,原本我擔心百香果布甸會偏酸,結果完全不會,百香果選得好,飽滿的甜酸度,百香果果籽鋪滿幼滑的布甸上,產生緊密的連結,味道嚼感更多了一分層次。

現在這麼熱的天氣裡,下午來上一件焦糖蛋糕療癒身心靈,真的超紓壓。焦糖蛋糕的焦糖濃濃甘甜香氣直竄整個口中,因口中的溫度讓焦糖蛋糕稍為溶化,這時候吃像吃雪糕,微軟不過硬的獨特口感,到嘴裡會化開,我超喜歡。
