這道菜最大特色在底部有一陣很強的炭燒味, 一路散發出來, 牛扒份量比較多, 這個比較接近美國牛扒.
口感相對比較硬身一點, 野味比較重, 肉汁味多. 配合烤蕃薯其實很飽. 作為主食份量有點大.

整體非常特色, 可以說香港很難找到的味道, 性價比也很高, 
非常推薦要去試一下!
