接著是刺身拼盤,一看見已先被金黃的海膽所吸引著,不過還是先由淡味開始,以鮮甜爽脆的【金目鯛】吃起,接著是肥美結實的【鰤魚】,即是冬季長得非常肥美的油甘魚,入口充滿油脂甘香,最後就是入口甘香鮮甜的【海膽】,吃後那股鮮甜歷久不散。配上【Montagny 1er cru ‘Sous les Feilles’ Philippe colin France】,入口同樣清爽,滿載花香,果味重的特性更能突顯海鮮的鮮甜。

來到鐵板燒了,最喜歡就是那份香口的感覺,今次有【龍蝦】及【鹿兒島和牛薄燒】。先吃一口龍蝦,鮮甜且彈牙,並且微微的焦香更為吸引。和牛薄燒燒得外香內嫩,入口滿佈油脂,以【Marsannay ‘les longeroies’ Pierre damoy Burgundy France】來配和牛,果香沉實,而且丹寧柔和可中和牛肉的油脂。

再來就是揚物了,天婦羅炸得不油不膩,有【虎蝦】、【穴子】、【雲子】及【日本青椒】,最有驚喜的當然是雲子,平常只會以刺身呈上,但原來炸的也很美味,入口非常軟滑,加點鹽巴更能帶出雲子的鮮味。穴子同樣不錯,很嫩很鮮味。最厲害的還是以日本青椒來收尾,變得清新不膩。

最後的【壽司】及【龍蝦味噌湯】同時送上,壽司的用料很豐富,每一件都獨特的個性,有【海膽】、【平目】、【帆立貝】、【三文魚】及【深海池魚】。逐一來吃,由淡至濃,深海池魚的結實鮮甜口感最深得我心,海膽的甘香與帆立貝的鮮甜同樣味美。

最後的甜品是【綠茶Tiramisu】來作結,小弟認為真是非常的合適,綠茶的清香與奶香做得很平衡,而且甜度適中,入口又幼滑,味道很像喝著Green Tea Latte般,真的超級好吃。

忙碌的一星期, 搵個舒服而優閒的地方, 選了 "雲海", 喜來登酒店內, 位置方便, 私人空間十足, 台與台分隔遠, 光線亦柔和, 服務真係一流, 態度有善, 而且反應快 !! 食物, 兩人分別選了"雲海餐盒" 及 "魚生飯定食" 頭盤係凍凍地既菜及姑, 清一清個口先.. 主菜既魚生飯, 壽司, 也相當新鮮, 但我最欣賞既係炸物, 皮薄, 脆口, 入口仲有微溫, 蝦很爽口, 而雜菜蝦餅, 有著很香的姑既味道, 脆口爽口... 好味道 !!

i made the booking 5 weeks before because I want to try the teppanyaki there. the restaurant staff confirm me the booking 3 days ago and they take note about we want to sit at the teppanyaki bar and I asked the staff to prepare a tiny chocolate cake for me to celebrate with my Frds and I'm happy to pay extra for it. the big day is coming, when we all arrived at the restaurant.  OMG ... then I complain to the senior staff and finally they allow us to hv teppanyaki 

the food was not ok!!! I mean the raw materials are fresh and good quality!! But the chef cooking skill is below standard.  -.- I prefer an older chef to cook at least they are more skillful and professional. I ordered a medium rare beef and it turns out he cooked it "well done". OMG. 

I guess fois gras is the best But still average standard...

the most important part,,,, the cake!! I requested a chocolate cake but it turns out it is a rasberry cake and the birthday guy  doesn't like fruity cakes. 
 Sadly they cannot do anything except saying sorry....

All in all, the service is shit and the chef is not skillful enough to serve at a 5 stars hotel....

已經來過幾次,因食物水及環境皆一流。我們六人中有五個叫了同一套餐,有新鮮三文魚,甜蝦,吞拿魚刺身放在抽屜式漆木櫃上,很精緻。特別推薦特級天婦羅蝦,其天婦羅炸粉有卜卜脆粒。但只有我們點的套餐才有,其他套餐用普通天婦羅,也不能換  ,但可以單點。他們的醃黃蘿蔔是我父親摯愛,他超喜歡,還想打包帶回家,嘻嘻。這裡有廂房只擺兩張枱,會相對清靜。

After the first bite, I could not help but said it out loud – “I’m finishing everything!” I was not joking – it was THAT good! The minced fatty tuna was extremely fresh and minced really well, and also combined with adequate amount of spring onions to add flavor to the freshness of the fatty tuna. The minced fatty tuna was placed on top of some warm and chewy Japanese rice. – a wonderful combination. There was also enough fatty tuna for every spoon of rice.

Minced fatty tuna with spring onion don is my favorite sashimi don and I have tried it at many Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong. I recently also had it at Kenjo, it was fresh but the rice was too hot so it slightly cook the mince fatty tuna.
Writing this review makes me crave for the sashimi don!

而我最欣賞的當然是那塊厚切拖羅! 拖羅油甘味美,而且完全無筋!我相信只有高質素的日本料理才能吃到這種級數的刺身

在吃過刺身後,侍應陸續把其他鐵板燒菜餚一一端上!包括有龍蝦、帶子、鮑魚、鵝肝、厚燒和牛及薄燒牛肉等!

鵝肝 ﹣關於鵝肝,曾經有一個鐵板燒師傅教過我,煎鵝肝很簡單,只需在煎前將鵝肝兩面沾上生粉,每邊煎其15-20秒左右,邊煎邊灑上鹽和黑胡椒即可!

我記得我第一次在家中煎鵝肝,把幾百元的鵝肝都煎得過火,生怕它不熟似的,結果口感死實,白白浪費了一塊大好的鵝肝!但之後反覆試了幾次,把時間都拿捏得準了!朋友試過也大讚!

呵呵!不過如果可以,我還是選擇上館子吃吧!不用大費周章便享用到外脆內軟的鐵板鵝肝,真爽!

薄燒美國牛肉 ﹣師傅將美國牛肉包著蒜片和洋蔥等配菜同燒,惹味香口,肉質鮮嫩!

之後侍應再端上幾味菜式,包括「龍蝦頭味噌湯」、「炒飯」和「炒野菜」!

其實我一向有少少怕喝味噌湯的! 因為我喝過的大部份也只是用味噌加水,口感突兀封喉! 但以上的龍蝦頭味噌湯湯頭鮮甜味道自然,我竟然把整碗也喝光光!

炒飯和炒野菜都是水準之作!那碗炒飯我更是吃了大半才記得要拍個照! 美食當前,先享受了才最實際! 呵呵!

而最後,我還吃了超甜的蜜瓜作為為當晚這頓美味的鐵板燒晚餐畫上一個完美的句號!
