What I really like is the door and table setting, the door is half closed (kind of like a short door) , so you need to bend down to get in, it lets you feel like the place is secretive and it would be surprising once you go in the 'cave'. The surface of the table partitions are matte, i have enjoyed the privacy in such a cozy place. Ok in terms of the food, not amazingly good but they all passed the standsrd, although the fish is extremely salty and little bit bitter, i think it is better off to

Ok in terms of the food, not amazingly good but they all passed the standsrd, although the fish is extremely salty and little bit bitter, i think it is better off to go with their recommendations since those fish are sessonal and most freshest. 

They would put on a show around 8:30 and share a big fish with the guests which is very thoughtful and generous. 

I have also ordered a few drinks. Total cost is 1xxx. It is in Pacific Place afterall, so yes it is alright, and worthed going again.

一進去彷彿到了日本,不論是餐廳的氛圍或格調都好像置身於日本一樣!聞說這間餐廳最有名氣的是Wagyu Sando 和牛三文治(HK$268),坦白說如果是這個價錢,一定有所期望呢!和牛算是不錯,可惜麵包不夠脆口,如果能夠做到麵包更脆,而不是軟腍,才會覺得值回票價。反而有驚喜的是魚生,Manzoku Tuna and Sea Urchin Sushi Roll (HK$178), 無論是吞拿魚、海膽或魚子都非常新鮮!另一道菜是Squid with Squid Liver Sauce(HK$118),魷魚比想像中或menu的圖片顯示中巨型,煙韌得來又爽口,配合魷魚肝醬;不過我個人覺得不需要配這個醬汁,因為味道太過濃郁,反而蓋過了魷魚本身的鮮味!而Wagyu Yakisoba (HK$88) 炒麵反而是點這幾道菜裡最好吃的一道,不論是麵條的彈性、粗幼,或整個菜式的味道都讓人有一種很想要繼續吃下去的一種感覺。

另一道菜是Squid with Squid Liver Sauce(HK$118),魷魚比想像中或menu的圖片顯示中巨型,煙韌得來又爽口,配合魷魚肝醬;不過我個人覺得不需要配這個醬汁,因為味道太過濃郁,反而蓋過了魷魚本身的鮮味!

Make sure you make the reservation before you visit this restaurant! They served lunch set with weekend menu. The price was reasonable and we have ordered Uoharu sushi sets and grilled wagyu set. All of them came with soup, main and dessert. Both of them were tasty! The sushi was very fresh! Would love to return next time!🥰

They served lunch set with weekend menu. The price was reasonable and we have ordered Uoharu sushi sets and grilled wagyu set. All of them came with soup, main and dessert. Both of them were tasty! The sushi was very fresh! Would love to return next time!🥰

居酒屋喺商場地庫的角落,好近地鐵站出口。門口只有一個平凡的木門框和一個小燈牌,一啲都唔起眼。店內環境以深色磚牆、水泥地面、木枱、昏暗的燈光等,感覺好低調的和風系,但好酷!午餐時間真係坐滿人,好有人氣呀。

.不過整體刺身都係厚切、肥美的,不過係偏濕和唔夠凍,似是室溫🫢

.鰻魚有8件,已切件,我試咗一件,好厚肉,幾軟滑、彈牙,也幾入味,加些少山椒粉在鰻魚上,多了一個很獨特嘅味道,椒香而不辣呀

本身睇完YouTuber介紹之後一直都好想試,但因為價錢而卻步終於可以喺生日任性一次!最印象深刻嘅菜式一定係厚切牛舌同埋嗰Tuna厚切牛舌係勁嫩勁juicy,調味都相當好食,真係食過返尋味本身自己唔鍾意食蔥,所以一開頭對嗰tuna冇乜興趣,但因為男朋友好鍾意食就嗌咗然後真係一食就翻唔到轉頭,啲蔥混埋麻油加吞拿真係超級好食上面嗰兩款真係必嗌!而生蠔係嗰侍應推介,但因為我同男朋友都唔係big fans,生蠔都幾肥美,食落口一啲腥味都冇仲有少少甜美,不過下次會試其他嘢多過嗌生蠔嗰日仲嗌咗刺身拼盤同埋seared miso based sashimi tartare,刺身拼盤就好新鮮但都係日本料理常食到嘅嘢,而嗰tartare就見仁見智,我就覺得還好,未到好好食但可以一試有機會再去會想嗌魚,應該好好食!總括嚟講,極推薦!

最印象深刻嘅菜式一定係厚切牛舌同埋嗰Tuna
厚切牛舌係勁嫩勁juicy,調味都相當好食,真係食過返尋味
本身自己唔鍾意食蔥,所以一開頭對嗰tuna冇乜興趣,但因為男朋友好鍾意食就嗌咗
然後真係一食就翻唔到轉頭,啲蔥混埋麻油加吞拿真係超級好食

上面嗰兩款真係必嗌!
而生蠔係嗰侍應推介,但因為我同男朋友都唔係big fans,生蠔都幾肥美,食落口一啲腥味都冇仲有少少甜美,不過下次會試其他嘢多過嗌生蠔
