去尖沙咀成日行過呢個位,做左幾十年人都唔知呢間酒樓咁巴閉。有晚台灣朋友來香港,帶佢食地道港式小菜。燒肉當然正,紅蟹芋泥糯米飯簡直係頂瓜瓜 (記住要先預訂),個飯係用大隋圓形碟上,芋泥蓋住啲蟹同飯,好鬼香。而且隻蟹好夠砰,啖啖肉,啲糯米飯吸收哂啲芋泥香味,簡直覺得自己好幸福。記得要預訂埋杏仁茶做甜品,味道夠懷舊,出面酒樓都係水加粉咁煲。但頂好係手磨,有杏仁粒架,而且味道好清香。另一推薦係杏仁豬肺湯,出面有呢款湯都係買少見少。🤤

今日我帶咗喺溫哥華返來的好朋友去咗我遺忘了很久的尖沙咀頂好海鮮酒家一起食午餐,幸好朋友話想食從來沒有食過的好嘢,我才醒起這裏,女公關一見到我問我點解咁耐唔嚟,唔知點解我咁誠實話佢知我唔記得呢度,朋友和他的太太還有三個子女都很喜歡這兒的食物,特別係整得好食過星加坡人的海南雞飯、還有鮑汁雞腳、杏汁雪映包、陳皮鴨腿湯飯、燒乳豬拼叉燒、椒鹽魷魚鬚、彈牙的蜆芥鯪魚球(蜆芥還混合了新鮮的蔥絲,一絲不苟)、入口即溶的兩客蝦子柚皮,蛋白杏仁茶和臭草綠豆沙,送的兩碟酸薑皮蛋好食到震,埋單$945.2。酒樓好明顯裝修過,唔再以紅色為主,摩登舒服多,但是枱與枱之間的距離還是稍為太近,但係當時影相幫我地影相嘅時候居然可以有很多光暗制調節燈光。唯一桂花酒香鴨舌不好吃。下次要早啲預訂今日食唔到嘅橙色嘅生腸和燒鵝先!呢度唯一嘅缺陷係地牢,對於有膝關節痛運動人士及長者不太方便(即是樓梯設有輪椅上落器)。

本來訂左餐廳食燒肉,但因為臨時加左人所以冇位。本左幾間餐廳訂枱都冇位,朋友就介紹左呢間酒樓。一開始行入去只係覺得係一間好舊式既酒樓,入面也沒有坐滿人。但侍應非常有禮貌同很好笑容,我地點左幾道菜,其中有乳豬、杏汁豬肺湯。乳豬不錯,杏汁湯因為而且,有啲人不喜歡杏汁味會不喜歡飲,但我就覺得幾特別,味道不錯。其間每上一道菜式,連拎菜上黎既侍應都非常有笑容,食物雖然唔係好特別,裝修也感覺很舊,但地方乾淨,整體吃得舒服。

跟住我哋嗌餸啦, 預先已經訂咗個豬肺湯,因為知道佢出名,要早訂。 同waiter商量緊食咩嘅時候 , 有另一個女waiter過嚟,話由佢落單。 佢一來就介紹老虎斑兩食,498,好抵架! 一味炒斑球,一味清蒸,我問係唔係一條斑做兩味餸? 佢話唔係,條斑好大,會分開幾份,我心諗都ok啦, 有蒸老虎斑喎。有2碟魚,跟住要咗個欖菜排骨,1湯3餸,4個人夠啦。

中伏一:個豬肺湯好明顯係煮或者燉過龍,有啲酸, 我屋企人話,係因為落咗啲火腿,一燉過龍就會酸。

中伏二:來咗兩碟魚,炒斑球 ok 正常,不是超好吃,但也不過不失。 清蒸個碟,哇。。。。全部都係魚骨、魚頭、魚鰭, 即係起曬魚肉剩低落嚟個骨攞嚟蒸!勁中伏!

我地睇得出佢哋係特別照顧d熟客,佢地會介紹家常菜咯。對新客就想斬你一頸血。

絕對冇下次!!!

非常憤怒,大家如果訂抬要小心!早兩個星期已訂左抬一家人食晚飯慶生,一個星期前仲打去confirm有無book到抬,順便講埋要切餅。到左今朝我再打去問我地張抬要遲十分鐘到,個服務員只係叫我地盡快黎,然後就cut左線,非常沒有禮貌。我地準時去到頂好,拎住個蛋糕,但係佢地竟然係話我地無book到抬,淨係叫我地等,就連飛都唔比我地😡😡😡😡當時仲見到有幾家人都係同我地一樣好無助咁等緊,想搵個服務員理下我地都無。總括而言:無信用,員工態度非常惡劣,估唔到屋企人生日都搞成咁,已black list,唔會再有下次。
