今日本來去呢個酒樓為爸爸慶祝生日食飯,因為訂枱見到留名既姓氏同人數都錯,叫女侍應減番一個人既茶位,佢態度整差將個單掟落餐枱上面,我當你忙心情唔好,全餐飯女侍應叫極唔應黑口黑面到最後想借火機點生日蠟燭,問女侍應,佢望一望我地扮聽唔到,咁我地再問黑色衫既經理借,經理為我地搵左好耐,最後經理都係問左女侍應借火機,我地好神奇你有火機做咩扮聽唔到,佢一句咆哮式大叫「我有都唔一定要借比你!」我明你忙亦都明唔一定要借比我,可以唔回應,但唔代表你可以咁樣鬧個客人,eq咁差仲要做服務性行業,全程好聲好氣就比你鬧,之後向經理投訴就唔出聲。態度惡劣女侍應極度趕客,希望酒樓管理層好好教育員工同做好培訓 continue reading

晚餐唔夠十二人又唔想諗散叫咩好,我哋就叫個八人餐。首先嚟隻脆豬仔,外皮香脆,呢隻略肥,不過口感同味道還好跟住係上湯龍蝦伊麵,口感味道同出面都差不多,基本操作跟住呢個不得了,係全晚我最推介嘅,椒鹽鮑魚,個鮑魚係彈牙但唔難咬,椒鹽外層炸得非常鬆脆!西蘭花炒貴妃蚌帶子,呢個都係,一般操作無出事,蒸魚時間掌握得啱啱好,呢隻剛好熟,所以口感都幾好。呢間叫海港燒鵝,真係成也燒鵝敗也燒鵝,呢碟食剩半碟壽包佢就有兩隻味,一半係傳統蓮茸,一半係奶黃。呢個飽幾吸引,所以食飽咗都要食返個先 continue reading
