好友說帶我試懷舊打卡酒樓,跟住她來到佐敦,出左地鐵行幾分鐘就到,可能是轉角位,好容易錯過,幸好有人帶路。搭電梯上一樓,就見到好懷舊的酒樓門口,有架人力車在門口,有點似五六十年代電影場景。酒樓內籠好大,右邊墻擺滿舊式座台電話機,當裝飾墻身壁紙。座位寬闊舒適,卡位好多,餐具是古色古香,一個古老水壺令時光倒流,仲有我喜歡的公雞🐔碗。早茶有優惠,11-12點可以食平點心,我們食7個點心,埋單$222,茶位$10,確是實惠,點心質素不錯,服務都到位,但都有不足之處,當天有包場活動,我們訂位時卻不知會,只可食到12:30,知客說已短信通知,但現在行騙電郵太多,不敢輕易按入不熟悉的連結,所以想坐耐些都不可以,難得專門來捧場,卻不能盡興,有點可惜。😅

聽同事講佐敦有一間很有特色的火鍋店,心動不如行動,一於同朋友吃翻餐勁噶。哩間火鍋店裝修風格系以50、60年代懷舊風為主,充滿了懷舊氣氛,環境還是不錯噶,我感覺同爸爸媽媽去也是可以的。今次我地比較養身,點左個美顏花膠雞鍋,湯底濃郁,很有味道,湯裏面有雞、冬菇、蟲草花等等,當然少不了那個美顏大花膠,非常滋補好適合女士,膠質滿滿,口感軟糯,好養顏。其他另外點噶食材就中規中矩,比較新鮮,吃完之後感覺個人氣色都好了。

慶祝朋友生日,看到介紹這間火鍋店的評價不錯,決定選擇去食。整體來講食物質素不錯,服務態度也很好,只是有一點給貴店(香江花月)留意並作出適當的改善。明白貴店有切蛋糕的費用收取,所以我哋不要求這個服務,只是純粹要求職員提供新的餐碟方便進食生日蛋糕(蛋糕是由本人切並分配給朋友),但職員話要收取費用,因為我哋在此吃蛋糕,她們還話是公司的要求,本人當然不願付錢,因為只是要求更換乾淨的碟,咁樣都要收錢。在今時今日的營商環境,香江花月仍有此的規條,怪不得港人要北上尋找美食和良好的服務質素。
