如果只能點一款菜式,非這碟莫屬。飯粒軟硬度和和醬汁黏稠度剛剛好,是我喜愛的risotto口感。蟹味香濃,每啖飯都夾雜着滿滿的蟹肉和蟹膏,味道濃郁,好滿足。


麻辣凍蜆 $118


必叫之一! 第一次嘗試這個配搭和食法,蜆肉新鮮肥美,魚皮非常爽脆,口感好有趣,同行友人一試便愛上了。冷盤再配上麻辣汁,非常開胃,差點想叫多一碟。


抹茶燒羊架 $298


抹茶和羊架看似格格不入,但味道卻有驚喜。羊架的脂肪分佈平均,燒至三成熟,肉汁豐富,帶點羊羶味。伴碟醬汁帶微甜,配搭微澀的抹茶粉一齊吃,出乎意料地恰配。


浮雲島 $68


外表很像浮雲的是蛋白,中間有層焦糖片,最底是奶茶味雪糕,味道很有層次,有點像焦糖燉蛋的味道。


Lion Rock 啤酒 $68


這款啤酒帶果香味,不會太苦澀,好易入口,幾適合女士飲用。
