平日午市竟然可以一個人都無,包場咁濟突然覺得book 左檯好似好傻瓜咁環境幾大,好適合傾計其實d野都ok架喎。。。而且好大份,夠曬飽肚Menu 係日日轉,新鮮感十足套餐有前菜,今日係齋。。非常清新主菜有d肥膩。。。係紅燒肉煮得好林好入味啊。。。罪惡感加倍個黎麥飯反而似普通白飯姐另一個要左菇菌意粉個大菇超爽口又唔會好寡口,其實係好食架仲有個紫薯糖水,呢個相對地就差左少少個紫薯粒好硬不過都不失為一個幾好既選擇

曾經午餐食過ok,某天因外國分公司同事來港作客日1天應老細要求book枱,點知由11點開始打,打左10幾次至12點幾都係飛手提再飛留言箱,上到去話full 左,就算好食這些基本野搞唔到都無話可說。

小弟睇中呢道菜,源於都喺個醬,泰式品牌辣醬「是拉差」夾蛋黃醬,唔知會有咩化學作用。橙橙黃黃嘅醬汁,濃稠咁掛滿雞扒,雞扒採用雛雞,肉質嫩滑多汁已經無庸置疑,外皮甘脆,醬汁惹味有辣勁,但啲辣喺點到即止,唔太食辣嘅朋友都應該OK嘅

最尾一道菜,蟹粉炒飯。其實食完主菜個陣已經有少少飽,最尾仲要黎多個飯,對女士黎講可能真係太飽⋯ 不過飯炒得粒粒分明,配料多又有鑊氣,仲淋上好多超野味既蟹粉 


最尾甜品係熱情果panna cotta,不過唔記得影相⋯ 熱情果醬好香甜,上面仲有少少椰絲,係好味既~但個人覺得個配搭少少怪,雖然係fusion菜,但前面都係中式野食偏多,如果可以配中式糖水/甜品就更加perfect。

整個晚餐環境好正,侍應們唔會成日走嚟煩住晒,地方又闊落。成個套餐性價比真係好高,六百樓下(唔記得提,呢間野竟然唔洗收加一服務費!中高價食肆黎講真係罕見)可以食到鵝肝、大蝦、蟹粉⋯ 好適合大日子聚會

用餐环境非常一般,菜是不伦不类的,既不是西式又不是中餐,没有特色。最差的就是他们装模作样扮高调。没有烹调的厨艺更没有口味。装潢自以为是高雅,但对于我们吃货而言,这种烹调差,没有品位但又扮高雅的饭店实在不合适。香港竞争如此激烈,好吃的餐厅这么多,各个价位的餐厅也都有。他们排不上,关键是服务还很差,态度也不好。所以不知道他们的卖点是什么!总之就是给了我非常非常糟糕的用餐体验,难忘的周六糟糕的晚餐。肯定不会推荐朋友去吃!

Pre booked a private room for 10 people for birthday celebration.  Turned out we were the only customers in the entire restaurant.  Set dinner at $500 per head.  Food was terrible and no better than cheap restaurant.  Couldn't help but asked the waitress and noted the chef was replaced and no wonder the food quality was a lot worse.......  it was also upsetting that we were being asked to leave a few times at around 10pm even though our wine was not finished.  apparently the staff were planning

Decided to give this place a try for the special night this year. The food is tasty and pretty, I like the abalone in a shell presentation, the abalone I believe was stir fried with black garlic which bears a nice fragrance. The foie gras was crispy and tender with a superb passion fruit jam which is different from the typical green apple purée one usually gets at some other restaurants. 兩道菜份量都不算小。

甜品係紅棗雪耳糖水,有一粒湯圓好似幾精緻,點知係榴連!佢真係好有心(正常人湯圓會放花生麻蓉就算),可惜我唔食榴連,唔識欣賞。

由於冇乜人幫襯,所以好安靜好啱傾計。部長(定侍應/經理?)冇講過野,但不停幫我地加茶,幾鐘意哩種服務態度。

哩度嘅餐單星期就會轉一次,下次都想再試下。

The seafood bisque was thick with crabmeat, scallop and prawn 

I thought the grilled lamb was a pleasant surprise (as I am not a lamb lover), meat was juicy and tender and skin was crispy, and it didn'y have the typical gamy taste of lamb.

The fried rice was to die for! I highly recommend it. 


I don't remember what dessert we had as we brought our own birthday cake to celebrate, overall it was a memorable dinner and everyone walked out happy...

宅女約了在平日晚上七時左右來到, 餐廳地方不算很大, 不過周圍都佈置得相當有味道. 牆上一邊掛著英女皇肖像, 但另一邊又掛滿了具濃厚色彩的中華古典彩繪, 果真是中西合壁的表現. 而餐廳以橙黃配純白作主色, 加上一盞盞帶點藝術感的吊燈, 整個環境充滿著摩登感覺.

甫坐下巳看到是夜餐單早巳放在食客的位子上, 看看這晚吃的是四道菜的晚餐, 包括了一款頭盤, 兩款主菜及一款甜品, 每位收費HK$550, 據店員表示這裡的餐單每個月都會因應食材而轉換一次, 保證每月都有新鮮感.

先來的頭盤是兩款蘇格蘭生蠔. 兩隻生蠔擺放在小小的石頭上顯得甚有美態. 其中一款生蠔上放滿了魚子醬, 看起來十分奢華, 而另一隻則有一小堆的魚籽, 看來口味似是一濃一淡的感覺. 由於是每人一隻, 宅女當然是選個口味比較濃的魚子醬了. 生蠔入口帶點清爽, 海水味不算很強, 不過加入了魚子醬後整個鮮味相當突出; 而妹妹那款魚籽看起來比較清淡, 不過原來內裡加入了雞高湯啫喱條, 還有些青瓜粒作陪襯, 吃起來更爽甜, 嘗後口腔內更會留有點點餘香, 雖然平時常吃生蠔, 但這樣的配搭果真是有點驚喜.

接下來主菜上場, 店員先拿出一大盤的玻璃碗上來, 外圍還被一層酥皮包裹著, 樣品看起來真的很有趣. 一問之下才知道原來這個是傳統的法國菜來的. 這時店員馬上替我們打開碗蓋, 馬上香氣撲鼻. 看看內裡有些龍蝦肉, 還有些蘆筍跟兩塊巨型通心粉, 番一番底, 原來是有著一整隻的龍蝦!

急不及待當然是先吃龍蝦肉了, 龍蝦肉每塊都相當大件頭, 而且亦夠厚肉, 每塊都被濃稠的龍蝦汁所包裹著, 咬下去肉質還滿有彈性, 煮得剛剛好不會過老, 香濃得來亦不會過咸, 味道相當不錯; 而巨型通心粉吸收了龍蝦汁的精華後, 吃起來帶點煙韌, 跟醬汁相當對味. 不過吃完了龍蝦跟通心粉後還剩下了不少龍蝦汁, 就這樣丟掉太可惜了. 幸好大廚心思細密, 會附上自家烘製的麵包條, 用來沾汁吃就不會浪費這個美味的醬汁了.

其實這個菜色做得十分不錯, 不過如果說要改善的地方, 大概是希望麵包可以有多一款選擇吧, 因為那個麵包條雖然很好吃, 不過吸汁能力未算很好, 而且吃起來有點硬, 如果可以有另一款吸汁能力好一點的麵包, 吃起來就會更滋味了!

再來是另一款主菜, 剛才吃了海鮮, 這次就來個肉類吧! 上來的是一整隻黑松露烤雞, 未吃巳經聞到陣陣松露香了~不過剛烤出來的當然要趁熱馬上吃, 店員隨即就替我們把整隻雞切成件再上, 看看雞皮烤得金黃又夠乾身, 而且亦十分薄身, 咬下去香脆得來一點都不油膩, 底下的肉更是肥厚, 烤出來是剛剛好熟的樣子, 沒血水但肉質仍是非常的軟嫩可口, 就算宅女吃了一塊平日不愛的雞胸, 也竟然一點都不鞋口. 而整隻雞下的松露亦很夠, 每一口都有著香濃的松露味道, 雖然剛才的龍蝦十分美味, 但最後宅女還是選了這個松露雞作最愛.

甜品簡單一點, 來個抹茶花生湯圓. 兩顆小小的花生湯圓放在抹茶醬汁上, 湯圓咬下去外皮十分軟糯, 內裡的花生餡亦不少, 吃起來十分香口, 還帶有陣陣抹茶的香甜. 整個甜品甜度不會好高, 但份量不會太多, 吃完剛剛好,

來這裡兩個人吃一頓就要HK$1100, 不用加一,

最初以為四道菜會不夠吃, 但想不到最後兩個人可以吃到八成飽.

老實說這個價位聽起來是有點貴, 不過想深一層, 現時吃個自助餐每位閒閒地都要六, 七百元, 有時水準參差又未必吃到自己喜歡的, 在這裡五百多就能吃到大廚精心研製的菜式, 而且無論所用的食材或烹調手藝都是上佳水準,

聽店員說這裡午市的LUNCH更只是百多元起, 吃得過.

與其吃個大包圍BUFFET, 倒不如來一頓有質素的私房菜更來得化算吧.
