朋友點了威露頓牛柳配黑松露燒汁,先上餐湯雜菜湯,非常足料,不多久主菜就上碟,這是酥皮包著牛柳烤焗,少啲功夫都唔得,酥皮做得香口鬆化而不油膩,夾著肉汁豐富而肉質嫩滑的牛柳一口一口的吃,的確係唔錯嘅享受

今天與朋友經過沙田圍,見到一間很特別的西餐廳便入內試下。主菜:美國安格斯牛柳配黑椒汁,牛柳質嫩爽口,肉汁四溢。慢煮雞胸配蒜味芝士焗波士頓龍蝦。雞胸很嫩滑龍蝦很鮮甜,薯菜的薯條是粗身更有口感和脆口。小食:薯蓉焗蒜蓉牛油帶子,帶子很新鮮配蒜蓉很惹味。水牛城雞翼,雞翼配合酸酸甜甜的醬汁很開胃。甜品:抹茶芝士蛋糕,抹茶味很香濃。伯爵茶芝士蛋糕,伯爵茶味與芝士配搭得恰到好處很香甜。飲品:紅豆冰,紅豆是大大的原粒紅豆。還有配羅宋湯和蒜蓉包。真的很豐富和滿足。

知道呢間餐廳新開一星期,阿仔又想吃卡邦尼意粉,特意前來一試。 好多餐廳都有卡邦尼意粉,但每間餐廳的味道非常不同。 呢間餐廳煙肉夠多,白汁非常creamy,正正係我喜歡的那種口味,覺得不錯。另外點了一個酥皮牛柳,確實有點驚喜,牛柳非常大件,但係 肉質非常軟淋,容易入口。薯條亦都幾好味。另外我哋亦都點了一個豬手,個豬手外皮非常脆口,好難得,呢個價錢絕對超值。 其實佢每碟嘢都好大碟,份量 十分充足,嚟緊一定會多啲幫襯!
