其他的像墨魚鬚、金菇肥牛、煙肉車厘茄、多春魚、雞腎等等都非常不錯,一再強調吃燒肉放題始終都是代燒的好,不怕燒焦又可以配到最佳醬料!火山燒不論在食物質素及服務方面都非常好呢,下次定會再來光顧呢!

好難接受,又貴又唔好食。我地冇燒,由廚房燒好上枱。有好幾樣燒唔熟,如雞翼,章魚丸子,有部分則‘鞋’到食唔倒,只有蔬菜比較正常。食物上枱的樣子已令人反胃,明顯是食材不新鮮或質量不佳。蝦,鮑魚,龍蝦全部要另叫,我地都放棄了。總之一句講晒: 離譜!

另外還點了一個香辣海鮮鍋,湯底比較清,但帶微辣,又一開胃之選。雖然用清湯,但湯底滿是蔬菜和貝類的甜味,用料都幾足,有椰菜﹑蜆﹑青口﹑日式粗粉絲和大蔥。個人十分喜歡這個湯底,幾乎飲到清光。

兩款宮崎「牛肩肉」同埋「牛仔肉」都非常滑,鍾意食半生熟牛肉既我認為淨係只需要隨便辣一辣,再喺上面搽一層薄薄既醬汁就可以直接放入口,用近乎零添加,back to basics既方法去品嘗牛本身既鮮味!

「玉子燒」同埋「手羽」(即係雞翼)都係另外兩款我鍾意既串燒。甜甜既玉子經過洪洪熱火慢慢薰陶之後喺表面留低果D深啡色既「烙印」香口之餘亦不失本身應有既味道,正!

「手羽」方面建議要一早開始去燒,同BBQ既道理一樣,雞翼係好難熟的!燒既時候最好俾D heart,慢慢將雞皮燒至金黃色,能夠脆口之餘亦能鎖住肉汁,口感就更加好喇!

總括黎講,呢度除左食物質素之外整體既服務水平都非常唔錯。除左非常細心經常埋黎收碟、換碟之外,店員間唔中都會黎睇下我地搞唔搞得掂個爐同埋D食物,所以即使唔係經常DIY落手落腳煮飯既朋友都唔需要擔心。

坦白講,$350連飲品連加一呢個價位能夠喺銅鑼灣呢個黃金地段任飲任食3個鐘真係非常合理!值得推介俾搵緊地方「良朋歡聚」gathering既朋友!

Since colleagues suggested us to try this restaurant with seafood etc BBQ, we arrived there at 6:30pm1. ordering drinks, only coke is cold. Others drinks, staff said just put in the freezer, no cold.2. the frying pan. even one small thin beef, need 20 mins to well done. if one box of beef, half hours at least. Chicken wing ? around 45 mins. 4 persons with one pan, All we are hungry.3. ordering side dishes, come on ! inside the salad, the vegetables are old enough, ugly. Looked like staff picked

4. Oyster : so horrible. when it burned out, like a black line insects, DRY and no meat. The staff still asking us  to eat. Four of us decided that's fresh, and that's not freezing.

This is a Japanese restaurant I tried that specializes in grilled skewers.From what I heard, what made this restaurant so special was that lava rock was used for grilling instead of using charcoal. Besides from skewers, the seafood pot was appetizing since it was a bit spicy and the cellophane noodles and vegetables absorbed the mouth-watering flavor of the soup. It was something we would re-order for sure. Though they only provide one portion of this dish in the buffet.

In general the food was fresh, the overall ambient was comfortable and the service was impressive. However, the grill was a bit small and it took a while for all skewers to be cooked. So it would be a nice place for a long chitchat with friends and family.

本人第一次寫食評,因佢太差,忍唔住開帳戶寫,見佢咁多好評,我們信錯打手。本人今天一行四人食2015那段時段,入到去冇咩人,環境很熱,一坐下就有人推介加錢海鮮,大佬我來任食串燒放題(298一位加一),餐紙都未看就問加錢,話不用了,看下餐紙先就即刻黑面。到飲品又話要加20先有飲品同任飲。好啦,唔理開餐啦。四個人叫16件牛肩肉,遲遲都唔來。我追問幾時來。佢竟答我16件師父有排切。我話火煱店都來咗啦。佢話這不是火煱店,此時巳態度極差。來到普通不過的牛肉。其他野食普通,蠔又唔新鮮,燒完灰黑乾,唔敢食。金菇腸牛,真是超肥牛,肥膏多。好啦。食飽埋單。佢又話只收現金,話訂位時有講,我朋友唔覺有講囉。埋單350一個,超中伏,冇下次。出面大把好食過佢平過佢又坐得舒服佢。

而最令我驚喜嘅就係竟然有我有西式倒帶嘅夢幻鱈魚片,現在喺超級市場經常只係會搵到大發嘅鱈魚絲,已經好少搵到鱈魚片!記得小時候讀書會經常去附近嘅一間零食店,老闆會即場將魚片放入焗爐焗脆!十分好吃!

燒蒜蓉麵包同埋呢一個值估佢唔到咁大塊漢堡扒,都十分好食!雖然我燒得比較窿左啲啲,但係食落去真係好正,另外呢仲有我發現佢,雞產品質素十分之好,唔記得影相嘅包括就係燒雞翼啦!燒雞翼亦都十分之乾身外皮鬆脆你變肌肉十分之鮮嫩!

價格超值六點左右入座只係需要$200多少少,就可以享受咁多品種嘅自助式寸燒,提提大家記得響落單嘅時候,最好首先睇一下,因為有啲傳銷嘅份量真係好大啊!

整體質素十分之高,尤其是係雞肉同埋金菇肥牛卷,真係一流架!飲品呢供應亦都十分之蟲魚最緊要係冷氣舒服價錢實惠抵吃啊!

今個月係老公個台慶月,完美人妻嘅我當然係周圍搵下美食同佢慶祝啦😊 我倆非常喜歡吃串燒,所以一見到呢間勁多人like嘅串燒放題餐廳就以為執到寶⋯⋯好可惜⋯⋯海鮮並不是預期中的好,「曾孫」size的蠔嘅冇口感又冇味道,想吃的蝦、鮑魚仔、聖子通通要額外加錢😔 最後我們抱住試下心態都加錢叫左份聖子,點知冇咩味道兼有沙👎🏼其他食物都係一般貨色,連最想食嘅牛舌,order左兩round都夾雜其他牛肉(又「鞋」又冇味道)😫😫如果單看相片好像還不錯😒

千祈唔好叫廚房燒。燒雞翼雞皮呈白色,雖然是熱的,但該沒怎麼燒過。其他串燒佈滿厚厚芡汁做的照燒汁,也好像冇咩點燒過。劣質食物,相等於BBQ用的平價燒烤包。梗劣的是廚房,弄熱後略燒一燒就撈埋一碟俾你。$350一位完全不值,除非你同錢作對。
